Uggs are great, sizing is a little different. I am in a 7 in women's but had to purchase a size 5 youth. My first purchase was the wrong size obviously, so I had to return them. It was less than a week before Christmas and I had also ordered a pair for my 14 year old ( this was a big deal for her, like top on her list!) I was so afraid that they would not get here on time. As much as I was dreading it I called to see what could be done, and did I mention I purchased them with a visa gift card that I no longer had. Anyway long story short within five minutes the delightful woman on the phone had already shipped my new order overnight free of charge, she also sent me via email a postage paid label for my return and bumped me into VIP status so I could take advantage of the little extras, like free one day shipping. I love this company and I could not be happier with my product or experience!

I don't think UGGs and UGGs look-alikes are worn for their appearance (I'm certainly not wearing them because I think they are cute.) But I wanted a warm, soft, pull-on style boot that was easy to throw on. Because I couldn't decide btwn EMUs and UGGs, I ordered both to see if the price difference was reasonable. It is; UGGs are softer, and the shape is maintained with inserts until they are bought and worn and that really made them more comfortable, like they were just a warmer outer layer of my own foot. The EMUs were stiffer, and their shape holders made them less comfortable and an awkward fit for a foot and ankle. Also, I wear a woman's 6 and got a kid's 4. Absolutely no difference. Save your money and get kid's sizes!

I love these boots! I am a teenager and I am normally a size 6 or 7 and I wanted to try and save a little bit so I got the biggest Ugg size in the kid's section (youth 6) they fit perfectly with comfortable room. They are stylish and go with pretty much everything! I have already owned a pair of Uggs in size 7 and they stretch out and give a lot more room within a few wears. I decided I would down a size due to how much room I still had! If you are looking for comfortable, new, stylish, warm shoes then buy these. At this price I might even get two pairs.

These boots are great. I got a little blister in the beginning on my heel from the back seam, but that hasn't been a problem after the first week of wearing them. I'm a size 6 in U.S. women's and this youth size 3 fit perfect. At first I ordered a 4, but it was too big. I thought these would get dirty right away, but they stay clean somehow. I love my feet toasty warm and I'm very happy I bought these. In the past, I've always ordered size 5 UGGs in U.S. women’s, but they always stretched out too big and flopped all around. I'm glad to know what size to order for my next pair.

Thanks Zappos for an awesome purchase. It was super fast, my boots came to my door the very next day and the size and item were perfect. I normally wear a size 8 in womans but purchased a size 6 in kids and the size was great! As well as the price! Can't beat free shipping and great price. After reading so many reviews about the sizes, I decided to buy the 6 (youth) instead of my usual 7 (woman). They fit like a glove and I saved quite a bit of money by buying the youth size, I am going to use my savings and invest on my third pair of Uggs. I love them!

I really love these shoes. I usually wear a womens size 7 1/2 to 8 and I bought the kids size 6 and the fit perfectly. The lining is so comfortable and I really recommend you by this because they are worth the money. Also it only took them 3 days to get to my house and shipping was free. I recommend ordering off of Zappos.

I bought these for my daughters for Christmas and they all three wear these most every day. It is the oldest's second pair after a couple years worth of wear. I wear the "hand-me-downs" now as they are still in good shape. Worth the price. Slightly runs small to true.

I purchased these boots in the black color, size 6. I normally wear a US Women's size 7.5 - 8, but in Women's Uggs I wear a 7. I ordered the kids size to save some money. When they arrived I measured them against my Women's size 7 Uggs and they are exactly the same size. So keep that in mind if you want to order a kids size in Uggs, just go down one size from your normal Ugg size. With that being said, these boots are extremely comfortable and warm just as all Ugg sheepskin boots are and love them! Also, Zappos is amazing best customer service ever. I wish more company's could be like them. Thank you Zappos!
