It's 10 days before Christmas and I took them out for the first time just to look at them and make sure they weren't too big. When I took them out, I saw there there was a very small rip in the seam. I knew that if I started the regular exchange process, I would be cutting it super close to our Christmas deadline. I called Zappos and they were so awesome. Not only did they ship my new pair out today, but they didn't even wait to receive the damaged pair; they're just trusting me to send it back on my own, which I am planning on doing today. Also, I needed to size down one size because they do run a little big, and it was absolutely no problem. There are virtually no online vendors that would trust you to send something back on your own time while shipping the replacement in the interim. I love Zappos and will only purchase my footwear through them from this point on. And the kids Uggs are to die for. So cute.

These boots are great! Bought them for my three year old daughter and she loves them! They are very comfortable and easy for her to walk in. Of course, they are super cute and go with almost everything.

I can't wait to give these to my granddaughter for Christmas. She is 4 1/2 and I bought her the size 12. I actually bought myself the grey ones. I wear a size 6.5 in womens and the youth size 4 fits just a tad on the big size. The youth 3 were too tight, though.

These boots are a winter essential. Sam wears them exclusively when not in school. Theses are her second pair, and if her feet weren\'t growing, she would still be able to wear her old ones, they are very study. As an adult, I have had my pair for 4 years, and the previous pair almost 10 years, so they are definately worth the price.

These boots are so amazing, furry inside, soft outside. And the best part, PINK! I have a pair just like them so it was only fitting to buy my favorite niece her first pair of UGG Boots. And whenever she needs a new size Aunt Suzie will be using Zappos again for the fast shipping and convenience.

Great Shoe - This shoe is great my daughter really likes them. They are easy for her to get on and off by herself and they are very comfortable to her. We live in Hawaii and needed a comfortable warm weather shoe to travel to Alabama during winter.

I purchased a youth size 6 it fits fine, she wears a women’s 8-8 1/2 in shoes/sneakers. So if you or your daughter want the pink that is not made in adult sizes try this. Also, these arrived in 2 days!

I love my UGGS! I've been wearing them every day since I received them. I wear a women's size 6 and bought the Youth size 4. When I first got them I thought they might be a little too short, but after I wore them for a day or 2, they were perfect.

Excellent! These boots are terrific! I've barely taken them off since they arrived. I even wear them as slippers some of the time. I wear a womens size 6 or 6 1/2. I have other Ugg boots that I am happy with, all womens sizes. I tried these kids in a size 5 because I liked the pink color. They fit better and the slightly shorter length fits my leg better. The color is great and they are ultra-comfortable. The price is better too (an added bonus!) And Zappos is great to deal with as well.

Happy customer - This was purchased for my daughter - she loves them!! She has received many compliments - we called a few times inquiring about the size and the customer service staff was great and the boots arrived much quicker than we expected.

Soft leather with light pink interior so it's easy to find stuff - classic style. I'm not a fan of crossbody bags, so I unclipped the VERY long strap and use as a shoulder bag. The bag is structured, so if you prefer a slouchy bag, this is not the one for you. It would be nice if the strap were just a bit wider, but all in all, it's a winner.

Fashion, not Fun - I got both of my kids Ugg boots for Christmas. They love wearing them because they are so comfy. My one complaint is that when my daughter decided to go ride her Razor scooter in the driveway and used her toe to stop, the ribbing between the boot and sole shredded completely off in less than 10 minutes. I guess they are just for walking in.

Zappos is the best! This is my second time purchasing with Zappos. I cannot say enough about this company. I ordered these UGGS for my Granddaughter and they were here the next day... I am not kidding. The customer service is amazing! I have told everybody I know about this website. If you need to order Uggs or any other shoe, this is the place. And the Uggs are fantastic!

The product was shipped in the original box and came packed well. I had purchased a size 6 youth, but this shoe runs big so me being a size 7 and a half can easily wear them. They are a bit snug at first, but the sheepskin molds to the foot shape and it just keeps getting more and more comfortable. The only weird thing about it is that the rubber bottom is a bit harder than my other pair. But still, it looks very nice. My sister loves these, and so do I. Uggs are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. Skeptical? Give it a try!! You are sure to love them!!!
