Well I've had these for about a year now and the seems on the sides have completely frayed and are unraveling. This is really disappointing considering how expensive they are. I'm not sure if I'll repurchase or not.

What can I say? My 4th-grader loves these and never takes them off. Her 2nd pair. Wears them in the snow, to school and to summer camp. Well made and only had to be replaced after more than a year of abuse and due to being outgrown.

This was my first time ordering from Zappos and I was very impressed! The Ugg boots arrived quickly, well packaged as would receive if buying instore. But what won me over was the Zappos customer service. I had to return due to size and not only was all shipping free, but the rep agreed to expedite shipping so I would have the new pair in 2 days but yet I had 2 weeks to get the return to them. The ease of the exchange was such a pleasant experience and the ability to shop without worrying about return shipping fees has made me a Zappos fan!

My granddaughter loves both her short Uggs, with the bows, and the classic tall boots from Ugg. She feels these boots make her very special. They are good quality and wear well.
