I was torn between buying the adult Bailey Buttons or the kids. I went with kids Bailey Button but I sent them back because the button is smaller on the kid's rather than on the adults. So I sent them back and bought the adults Baily Button which has slightly bigger buttons. Zappos was really great about the whole thing, too!

I've had the Bailey Button for about two years now and I've got to say I'm impressed with how well they've held up. For the first year of owning them I wore them every single cold day (and in Pennsylvania that's a quite often) through snow and salt and wet puddles and they still look decent. Mind you I was responsible about it and I weatherproof them with the Ugg sheepskin care kit every so often, but even now they still look pretty good. As far as sizing and comfort, you can't beat these boots for feeling like you're walking around in your slippers all day. I wear a woman's size 7 and the youth 6 was the perfect fit AND a great way to save some cash as opposed to buying the adult version. I highly recommend these boots to anyone looking for a comfy pair of shoes to shlep around campus in or to wear on a day off work.

I should be in a Zappo's commercial! I found exactly what I wanted for my daughter for Christmas. She loved the Bailey Button boots but thought she needed a bigger size. We had thrown away everything except the shoe box. The customer service person I dealt with on the phone couldn't have been nicer and she made the "exchange" so easy! The original and the replacement boots came to me in less than a day! Amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about Zappos!
