Wow, I should've known better than to try these. I knew immediately after putting them on they were supremely comfortable - like no shoes I've ever worn. I have plantar fasciitus and figured it was good these boots have removeable insoles so I could install my orthotics, but the shoe is shaped pretty nearly like my orthotics and is in fact better with its own insoles in place. Not only is the arch support terrific, but the leather is buttery soft and the shearing lining is icing on the cake. They're certainly expensive, but I decided I'd never find any footwear this comfortable, so I'm keeping them. Oh, I normally wear a men's 10, but I got these in 10.5 and I'm glad I did.
