I have yet to have a bad experience with Zappo\'s.Shipping is immediate.Returns are a piece of cake. The product generally arrives within days. The Zappo\'s shopping experience is great. I always find what I\'m after.I\'ve all but stopped going to the mall as a result.

Awful! Last year I bought a new chocolate pair of Uggs, and loved them so much I never took them off! But sadly I tried them on this winter and my feet grew a whole size, so time to buy some new ones. Last year the price was somewhat less than this year and they are re-designed from last year so I thought that would be great, fresh new Uggs. So I ordered a new tan pair and couldn't wait to get them. When I first tried them on I was so mad, they are very flimsy. I thought if I took three steps they would rip. There is no fuzz on the outside and the fur on the inside isn't even like fur, more like a cheep fleece blanket. The calf was way too big and would fall down off my leg and the foot didn't really bend after a day or two of walking around the house in them in case I needed to return them, which I will be doing. Not at all what I paid this much for and I won't be ordering any more Uggs in the future, the quality has gone down so much!

Zappos is Wonderful! My boots are so comfy and they fit true to size. I drive my hubby crazy because I want to wear them with everything (smile). I feel like a snow bunny all year round.

Love these boots! I wear them to work every day! I am a personal trainer and I wear black workout pants everyday to work, so the boots go great right over top of them! The only thing I don't like about the boots, and it's very minor, is the black toes I get after wearing them for a couple hours. However, that isn't going to stop me from wearing them! I go to a Nebraska football game in a couple weeks, so we'll see how warm they keep my feet!

Wow, not what i expected in a bad way. I have the Ugg upside boots and love them; they feel sturdy look great and I know they will last me a long time, but these feel flimsy. The outside of the boot is not firm at all and in certain places the exterior feels really thin and I'm afraid they will fall apart, the fuzz on the inside keeps coming out and the black dye comes off easily on to your feet. All I can say is I know people who have fake Uggs that feel like better quality than the real thing. I will say some of their styles seem worth the money, but I don't see what all the hype is about for the Classic Talls. They are cheaply made, and way overpriced. I'm a girl who appreciates quality things, and I will pay top dollar for brands that live up to their name, but the quality of these Uggs is just a joke. If you want a boot for less money and the same quality, go look at the Gabriella Rocha boots. The only nice thing I can say is they look cute, and they're comfy, but don't pay this price.

Awesome, comfortable boots! I wore them the whole day around the house the day I got them. My husband asked if I planned to sleep in them, too! I followed other customer's advice and ordered a size down from what I normally would wear. I'm a 10 and ordered a 9; they fit fine. I have a narrow foot, so most everything is wide on me anyway. I can still wear these without socks and not feel as if I am swimming in them. Great boots; buy the real thing and don't settle for any knock offs!

Most comfortable shoes ever. I wish they came in half sizes because the 5 is a bit too small and the 6 a bit big. I went with the 6 and that's definitely the right choice. Your feet shouldn't feel confined. Overall, very wonderful shoe. Great for all seasons.

There is nothing like putting on a pair of Uggs! They are the absolute best thing I ever put on my feet! There are other fake brands out there, but they cannot compare to Ugg. A word of caution: Order down 1 size as they run big, and to preserve mine longer I use a suede spray protector before wearing to prevent staining, which works great!

As usual, Zappos customer service rocks! Love this site! I normally wear a 7.5/8 and ordered a 7. They fit well but not snug; a little worried that they'll stretch, but I can't imagine that I would need a 6?! My sister wears a 6 and ordered a 5. Hers fit snugly at first and now fit perfectly. Be sure to get the weather-proofing spray and protect your investment!

Love my Uggs! I've had my Uggs for approximately 10 minutes, and I am in love! The mulberry color is a beautiful deep purple, darker than in the picture, and I expect them to look cute with a lot of different outfits. Will definitely stand out among the hordes of chestnut/sand colored Uggs. The sheepskin is supremely soft, warm, and comfortable. I normally wear a 7, and a 6 in this style fits perfectly. I do a lot of online shopping, and my new Uggs have inspired me to write my very first online review! Don't hesitate, get these and keep your feet warm and toasty! Love my Uggs!

I got my Ugg boots today, thanks to Zappos speedy service. I usually wear a 6 1/2 shoe, sometimes a 7, so I ordered a 6. They're still a bit big, but I think a 5 would be too small. Since I've had them for such a short time, I can't say too much about them, except I did expect that they'd have a thicker insole, more like the Ugg slippers I had years ago. They're really not as plush as I was expecting. I don't know if I got a "lemon" pair or if this is just how they all are. I'm going to wear thin socks in these. They just feel better with socks on due to the fit, and it makes them feel "cushier" for some reason. Still, despite the cush factor, I think I like these enough to keep them. (I might try getting the extra insoles, although I wish they came in brown.) Lack of cush is reason for the 4 star review.

Ugg Classic Tall in Chocolate: Awesome boots. These things are so comfy and warm. It took me a while to warm up to the "unique" style of them, but now I know why these have been so popular for a few years now. They definitely run about a full size larger. I generally wear an 8 (or an 8.5 in running shoes), but I ordered a 7 in these and they fit like a glove. Highly recommended if you want warm feet for winter!

After years of buying boots that weren\'t Uggs, I finally gave in this year and tried the real deal. Let me tell you, I will never buy a pair of boots that aren\'t Uggs again. They are the most comfortable thing I have ever put on my feet. Just be sure to buy them a size down from what you would normally wear. I bought them in a 7 and I normally wear an 8 or 8.5. The size 7 fit perfectly.

My son has ordered from Zappos and had excellent service. Now I am also a Zappos customer with very good service for a great product. It has been difficult to find the black tall Uggs and I received them at my doorstep 6 days after placing the order. I was expecting faster shipment after reading reviews and experiencing my son\'s service, but 6 days is an adequate time for shipping. I would definitely use Zappos again, and again!

I bought these a year ago after trying the Timberland Hollace (too tall, not wearing them enough to warrant price) and got these in their place. I wear them all the time, every second that I am home. I don\'t wear them outside very much since I dread getting them wet. My feet are nearly always cold, and these are the only shoes I own that keep them warm. A must if you have hardwood floors! I wear Timberland Motorcycle boots when the weather isn\'t so nice out.

I have this boot in Chestnut and am very happy with them. They do run about 1/2 size big, but a 6 was too short for me length-wise, my toes were cramped! I bought the Ugg insoles and they fit perfectly. Just make sure you put them in and walk around a good bit; you wont be sorry. They felt like brand new boots. You should also get the care kit. The cleaner is wonderful on stains.
