I love these boots! They are SO comfortable and cute. They feel like wearing slippers. I got the charcoal, and they go with everything. I normally wear an 8.5, and the 8 fits me just right.

These are great! They are really cute and of course comfy. They go with just about everything and still look good with a pair of jeans 'over' them. Of course, keep in mind that UGGs only come in full sizes so always get the size lower if you wear a half size. Example: If you are an 8 1/2 then get an 8. Love 'em!

I love these UGGS. They are true to size & they do stay up, unless your legs are very skinny. I find them to be a little itchy, but I sometimes wear socks with them. I get so man compliments on this style.

These are cute and comfortable, my first Ugg purchase. Ordered them on a Sunday night and were at my doorstep on Tuesday afternoon. Wear a size 9 and ordered a size down. Fit perfect. One more thing to add: Zappos has the best customer service I have ever experienced and because of this I will continue to order from them time and time again.

I received these boots as a Christmas present and love them. The heels slip a little, but comfy and cute! Make sure you order right size due to slipping in the heels. Zappos is a wonderful place to order from. I received awesome customer service. The first two pairs didn't fit right, Zappos shipped them next day at no extra cost to me. How great is that in this day and age?

I bought these UGG boots for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. She said they were the most comfortable shoe and she wants them in all colors. I received them within 2 days after I ordered. It was a pleasure ordering from Zappos. I wish all stores were this great.

This style Ugg boot runs true to size. I'm baffled by the sizing on these Uggs. The other reviewers say to go down a size as with other Uggs, which I did. I normally wear a 6 so I ordered the 5. I was pretty confident with ordering this size because my other Uggs are 5s. When I got them, they were way small. Like, my toe was busting out the front. I don't know if I got a defective pair or something, but I will be going with the size 6 now. I guess if you are in between sizes, going to the smaller size would work, but if you are an even size, I would suggest sticking to your normal size. The same thing happened to my sister in law. Her old Uggs were 6s and she got a new pair in the same size and they were way too small so she had to size up to her normal size 7. I wonder if the Ugg company is starting to change their sizing? Or maybe there was a bunch that were marked with the incorrect size? I don't know, it just seems weird that it happened to both of us.

I bought these from a local department store, but thought I would submit a review here anyway. This is my second pair of Uggs and I really love them. They're not as bulky looking in the front as the classic Uggs are, so if you're looking for something with a sleeker line, these work well. I can't speak for the durability as I haven't had them very long, but they are very comfortable. The heels do slip on them, but once the sole breaks in, there is much less heel slippage. I don't wear skinny jeans, but have worn these with black leggings and they look very cute, though very casual. The top knit area does stretch out, though not very much. They do keep their shape. Great twist on a classic! I wear a 7.5 and bought these in a 7 and they fit perfectly.

Cozy! Fits more like a sock, but a very comfortable sock! True to normal Ugg sizing. I ordered one size smaller than I wear in non-Ugg boots/shoes. The pattern on these is great. I got the brown and just love them! Such a rich color. Super cute with leggings.
