I'm a woman but ordered these boots because Zappos was out of stock for the woman's Adirondack in the color I wanted. I figured these boots were probably almost the same thing, and they were, except for one major difference. The Adirondack is fleece lined inside but these boots have a slippery nylonish lining. I'm assuming it's something 'good' as these boots cost more than the almost identical Adirondacks, but the slippery lining was a deal breaker for me because my foot didn't feel as secure in the boot as it did in the wool lined ones. I sure like the looks of Butte in the dark brown but the comfort just wasn't there for me with the slippery lining.

Perfect boots for cold, rain, sleet, snow, etc. These are very comfortable (for all day wear), warm (without making your feet sweaty), & stylish (always receive a compliment while wearing these). I don't plan on mountaineering or hiking in these (outside of after-ski lounging that is), so suit my city lifestyle just fine. Tend to find different shoe brands have sizes all over the map. I own many a pair of Nike's and find they are pretty consistent. I always wear 9.5 in Nike's/Jordans and for me, this boot in a size 9 is the right fit. For what my opinion is worth, I'd say 1/2 size down.

I had recently ordered a pair of female Uggs in brown and grey in sizes 11 and 10 because 11 was too big, however they were both bulky on my feet. When I realized they come a half size bigger in males I found the 7.5 to fit me perfectly. I love Zappos!

I just love this boot. I brought a pair for myself last year, which I was able to wear this year. They are still in good, comfortable condition. I bought my husband a pair this year and he loves them.

These boots are really warm and look really good! They can pretty much handle any kind of weather. My feet feel so warm and toasty when I'm walking around in the rain or snow. I highly recommend them if you're looking into buying them! They are pretty true to size so order your correct size.

My wife is the one that convinced me, she has 2 pairs and she loves them, otherwise I wouldn't ever have bought them. I have never paid this much money for a shoe but I'm glad I did because they are so worth it. So comfortable and keep my feet so warm.

I bought these for my husband. He said they were very comfortable and soft when he tried them on. He's had UGGs before, and these fit true to size. He loves them, and now can't wait for it to snow so he can wear them "for real" as he says.

Excellent boot. I have a closet full of heavy winter style boots and it's actually refreshing to put these on. They look great and are incredibly lite! According to other reviews that mentioned the boots run large I ordered a 12 and an 11.5 (I wear 12). Both were too small. 13 was perfect. I wore these boots on a trip to Sweden and up to Kiruna and the arctic circle. Kept my feet very warm, had no problems with breaking them in, and they were comfortable and lite enough to trek around the city on a sightseeing excursion. As always, Zappos shipping was amazing!

These are great boots. I bought the women's version for myself and then these for my husband who hates to wear winter boots. These are very warm, and he said very comfortable. They were great for the snow and had good traction with ice and look great. Run true to size.

Who knew we would have this kind of winter in NYC? Anyway, these boots were right on time. I throw them on over my dress pants when it snows and over my jeans when casual. They take me back to the Timberland 40 below days. They're nice, and hella warm too!

I am a huge fan of Ugg boots because they have proven themselves to be true to their claims. I own four pair. Exceptional quality, warmth and surprisingly lightweight -- much less heavy on the feet than other brands. Expensive, but long-lasting and rugged. For warmth, quality and style, it has to be Ugg. Well worth the money.

Boots looked and fit my husband perfect! Ordered and received next day. First pair too small but Zappos exchanged by next day! Unbelievable customer service - cannot compare to other online companies. My Xmas shopping was finished in a flash!
