When I pulled this boot out of the box I was thrilled with how cute and well made it was (like all UGGs...I love the brand!) HOWEVER...it took a Herculean effort to force my foot down into the boot, and my feet are extremely thin and narrow (just bones with a little skin stretched over them, really!!) I completely loosened the laces; didn't help. This boot is just made extremely small and narrow...I had on socks and the wool liner was dragging and hanging up on them...I initially thought that was the problem...so I took my socks off...I could still barely force my foot down into the boot and then getting it back off again was a nightmare. The last (the part that goes over the top of the foot) is just extremely tight...if you have ankles and feet that are normal sized, you are not going to get your foot into the boot unless you order it about 3 sizes too big...and if your ankles and feet are the least bit chubby, forget it...you might as well save yourself a trip to take these back to UPS! I really hate writing a negative review on UGGs because I normally love the brand, but this one is a total fail...sorry!! If you could get your foot in them I think they'd be extremely warm and comfortable...

This boot is awesome!! Im such a Ugg lover that I needed something for rain abduction snow. When I saw this I knew it would be perfect. I really like that the insert comes out but I prefer it in. This boot gets alot of attention which is not bad :-)
I'd also recommend: All Uggs!! Michael Kors bags of course.

I love these boots, bought them in mahagony and they look gorgeous. I had no problem putting them on or pulling them off. I also didn't experience any problem with or without removal of liner. One must remember that with any lace up boots or shoes for that matter you must loosen the lace a bit from top to bottom in order to place feet in, once loosen, feet went in with breeze no problem. Highly recommend.

This is a nice boot, but not the traditional fuzzy Ugg I am used to. Stiff, more like a Sorel, but nicer. Size 9 fit my 8.5 feet nicely, but I am returning so I can keep the Patagonia's. This style Ugg made my feet look huge, but oh-so-cute!

These boots have beautiful craftsmanship, are gorgeous in appearance, very functional and affordable. Several people said they had trouble getting them on, but I had no problems once I loosened the strings. I also found if you remove the sock from the boot, insert your foot into the sock and then, put your foot back into the boot, it worked easy as well. Either way, I had no problems with my feet going in. But that may have been because I ordered a size 11 and I normally wear a size 10.5. I ordered up after hearing all the reviews. But even after ordering a size 11, my toes still bumped the end of the boot slightly, so they are on their way back to Zappos as we speak. Take heed and "order up 2 sizes" or you will be returning them! I should have ordered a size 12 and then I would have been happy. The sales price can't be beat! I'm spoiled with Ugg's usual shearing lining all over my feet, and these didn't have that. So I guess I'll be pulling out my Ugg Adirondack tall (purchased from Zappos as well) for the remaining winter months.
