I went with the Obsidian color. They look really good with jeans. It's nice to have some UGGs designed for men, they really are comfortable. These are slip-on which is a nice relief from having to lace up some boots during a snowfall just to run a quick errand. They fit true to size and I've never had them slip off. I've started to prefer these and wear them a lot now. They can get too hot for me if I am really walking around a lot. Oddly though, my feet don't get sweaty unless I wear socks. Really, these are more comfortable without socks. Only complaint. The black dyed sheepskin feels more coarse than the non-dyed variety. I'd rather it were not dyed. Looks good though!

I ordered it on Saturday and it arrived on Monday. Zappo has fast delivery system and I am very satisfied with this purchase. As for the size, Zappos shoe size chart help me well. My dad and my brother both ordered wrong size, but mine fit like a pair glove. The quality of the shoe amazed me. I didn’t think of it much, but after wearing for more than 2 months in snow, I realized that this is one of the best purchased I made in years. It keeps me warm and comfortable and I didn’t think it would be snow proof, but after shoveling 2 feets of snow with this one, I can tell you that this is winter proof.

I got these for my boyfriend last year for Christmas and he wore them all through the horrible nasty winters we have up here in North Dakota. He never once slipped on pavement or any steps. He absolutely loves them! He usually wears a 13 and we had to get a size 12 so be aware that Uggs do run a little bit bigger than normal shoes. He was a little sad when summer came and he had to put them away but I got him the Ugg Plainson's and he was just as excited about wearing those. All in all you can not go wrong with Ugg!

These Ugg 'Beacon' boots look great, have excellent traction (on wet, snowy, and icy pavement). They feel comfortable (with or without heavy socks), and they do run true to size and width. I have worn these almost daily for nearly two years now and they still look as good as new. I'll eventually be purchasing a second pair as back-up and also in anticipation of a possible price increase. These boots are great and I recommend them highly, cheers.

I bought these from husband who hated the 'traditional' Ugg bedroom shoe look, and couldn't wrap his head around the "barefoot comfort" concept. Because of these boots, he's a believer. The look is rugged but the snuggly factor is still very evident (entire sockliner is shearling, just as in Ugg classics). Gave 4 stars for comfort only because he got a blister on the back of one foot after the first full day of wearing them (probably from where the rigid full leather meets the soft suede upper).

Rugged yet stylish, these boots have helped me weather two NYC storms so far. That means trudging through endless street crossings through snow, slush and dirty water. Completely waterproof! Properly treated, the leather and suede repels dirt almost like magic. Highly recommended.
