I bought these for my husband who wears a size 14. Not easy to find. Then it turns out he needs a 15! The customer service at Zappos is nothing short of perfect. They overnighted the larger size before I even returned the size 14. The product Ugg is wonderful...but it's Zappos that makes the big difference. Truly!

My wife bought these for me as a surprise after we both noticed that my brother had some and wouldn't stop raving about them. They are very comfortable, and they keep your feet so warm during the colder weather snaps. I usually wear a size 8 or 8.5 and my wife ordered a size 9 after reading the reviews on Zappos. I agree that they run smaller than you might imagine. Without socks around the house (which is when I wear them the most), the 9 fits snug. It would be likely be too snug if I wore a good pair of socks with the shoes.

These slippers run very small. My husband is size 12 and I got him size 12 (women's Uggs run big) but he couldn't even get his foot half way in!

I ordered the UGG Ascot in Chestnut size 12 for my husband. He usually wears a size 10.5-11, but because so many reviews said to order up a size I did... and I'm glad I did because the 12 fits him perfect. These are his first pair of slippers because his feet are always hot (even in the cold winter), but so far he loves them and wears them around the house everyday. His feet still do occasionally get a little warm, but for the most part they keep his feet comfortable. These are nice too because of the sole he can wear them outside to get the mail or take out the trash... I highly recommend these slippers!
