I love the style that these shoes offer. I tried them in my usual size 6 but could not keep them on my feet. I sent the size 6 back and got the size 5. It's snug but not uncomfortable. Think a size 5 1/2 in this shoe style would have been perfect. Alas, it doesn't come in a 5 1/2! Trial and error has made me realize that shoe sizes don't seem as stable as they once were. I wear a size 5 comfortably in an UGG boot. It's perfect. Some UGG shoes are now good in a 6 but in this case I had to resort to a 5 and would have loved a 5 1/2.

Very comfortable and warm for winter. I get compliments every time I wear them. They have cushion for a flat, but don't expect a lot of arch support.

These flats are so cute! They look just like normal flats, even if they have fur inside it doesn't make them look bulky. But they run 1/2 size smaller, so normally I am size 6 for Ugg boots. This shoe's size 6 are too small for me. Have to return! Love Zappos! 5 stars for service again! Overnight shipping! Wow!

Great shoe - sizing is odd. Usually, I am a 7.5, so wear an 8 in Ugg boots but in these I am a 7.

I was really looking forward to get these shoes. Unfortunately, the fur inside make them really wide and really affect the look of the flat. The front of the shoes is super nice, but the mid to back part of it looks really wide, furry and awkward. I had to return my order, bummer!
