Based on previous reviews of this shoe, I ordered one-half size smaller than I normally wear. The shoes were too tight in the toes and hurt on both feet adjacent to the bone by my big toes. They were of average width, not narrow. I would order your normal size shoe.

Got these yesterday (and the brown ones) and they\'re wonderful! I wear an 8 and ordered a 7.5 and they\'re perfect without socks, which is how I wear all of my Uggs. They look cool (in a kind of Reagan-era, old-school way). Love the square toe. Was going to decide which ones were my favorite color and send the other pair back, but now I\'m keeping both because of the fit. The little buckle detail on the top is either wood or bamboo. Hope Ugg continues to make more shoes like these. The world of retail could learn a lesson or two from Zappos.com too! Amazing service!

These moccasins are very comfortable and super cute! I wear them all the time, in and out of the house. I originally ordered them in my regular size, but had to exchange them for a half-size down. Now they are perfect!

Love these Ugg shoes. Easy return shipping by Zappos makes my purchase that much easier. I chose the rust colored pair. Warm and cozy as the fall chilly weather sets in. One thing I have learned from Ugg shoes & boots: buy the size that is snug fitting. They do stretch out over time. Like the boots, you do not wear socks with these shoes. Thanks Zappos for making my shoes that much easier to buy!

Ordered these shoes yesterday and they arrived today! They are like wearing slippers and the sheepskin lining makes them even more comfortable. They seem to run a little big, lengthwise and the suede is so soft on the sides that they feel a bit loose. But I'll be able to wear them with thicker socks so it will be fine. The shoes are really nice looking and flattering on my size 12 feet!

Narrower width than medium. Rather low cut on the instep. I hope it will stretch with wear. I did try going up one size, but that did not work out well. No arch support at all.
