This is an awesome triathlon wetsuit at a great price. It has great flexibility in the shoulders and flotation for improved swimming position. The C5 has less flotation so its only for expert swimmers and the C1 doesn't have quite enough flexibility in the shoulders. The C3 is perfect for anyone who wants to get an intermediate tri wetsuit that will last them a long time.
