I really, really wanted to like this style. I've been looking all over for a cute, plain black flat in a wide width. I tried both the black nappa and black patent Lyona with no luck. The toe box comes up too high on the foot, making this shoe look super conservative and mature; almost like something a novice nun would wear, if that makes any sense. Bright spots, the leather upper was of quality, the fit was comfortable, and Zappos service continues to rock.

These shoes are perfect! They run true to size and are so comfortable - they have become my everyday work shoe. They're great for work or even after work when you want to stay comfortable but still look a little classed up.

Great looking shoe, totally comfortable, but started to wrinkle from one walk down the hall. Shoes were otherwise exactly what I wanted, but I worried I wouldn't like them in 3 months when they're a creased and wrinkled mess. Sent back. Shoe fit to size.

Cute flat but it felt like it ran about a half size small. I ordered an 8.5, which is my normal size but needed an 9 in these.

I bought these felt really good but they squeek when I walked in them. I really don't know what to do now. Loved the shoes but now after one day out I can't wear them.

These are a good pair of everyday flats. The leather is pretty soft, and because of this, the shoes can sort of wrinkle at stress points. But they are comfortable and get the job done, and are holding up well despite my wearing them daily.

I was disappointed in the look of these flats. The toe box comes up a bit too far on the foot, they almost look like Isotoner slippers rather than sleek little ballet flats. Otherwise, it's a great shoe - good quality and fits well. Just didn't love the style.

Fits perfectly a half size larger than normal. Just like putting on a slipper. Wear all day comfortably, even on bunions.

I bought the grey suede flats and I think they are fantastic! I wore them for an entire day, 8 hours, without socks/tights. The front pinched my toe a bit after awhile, but I have this problem with other shoes, so must be my toe, not the shoe. I like the extra support these flats have as many flats are too flat for my foot and offer nothing to support. I was excited to purchase a pair of shoes that worked out so well. I recommend!

I found these to be at least one size small. Fortunately, I'd sized up from a 10 to an 11 after reading the reviews. The wide is not wide; it's like a regular width. Almost too narrow. I normally take a 10R and I got an 11W and it's a bit tight in the toe box (just the left one for some reason). I'm hoping the leather stretches and becomes more comfortable. I like how they fit, very cute. It also has more arch support than your average flat and is good quality.
