I've worn tall heels all of my life, but it's not the height that can get you with these boots its the tiny heel. If this tiny heel doesn't land squarely beneath you when walking on slick floor like at the mall, it can pivot out from under you like you're on a sheet of ice. The height then can become pretty dangerous because you can twist your ankle and knee and fall down. I have gotten used to these and wear them a lot but am always on alert with them. The toe box is wide so get them in your size or maybe a half size smaller. I have wide feet, I got them in a 7.5, could have gone a full size smaller. I have too much room. You need to keep these snug to keep them under control. Style wise, I don't really like the little scooped out area at the top of the heel, it looks a little bit more stripperish than I prefer, but I wear these with long jeans so you can't really see that. They give me the added height I need. Other than the heel issue, I think they are pretty good little boots.

Love the look of this boot. My only issue (and it's big) is that the leather was too stiff. I have the peek toe Gingerlee boots and the leather is very supple. I absolutely love them! Unfortunately, these boots went back.

Very cute shoes, just bought them in suede because the leather were sold out in my size. They fit a bit tight, but cute nonetheless.

Too difficult to walk in - I really love the look of these boots, but for me personally, I found the heel way to skinny and tall to comfortably walk in whatsoever.

Just got these boots and love them! I wear an 8 and they are true to size and even though the heels are high they are easy to walk in. Love that they are leather as well. They are just great looking boots! Get them! Thanks for the quick shipping. Zappos is just the BEST!

Great boot. The hidden platform is great, I have a problem with the balls of my feet, so the platform is awesome. Pleasantly surprised with these; at this price I thought they would be cheap looking, but they are not. Very hot boot; love the sleeper bag these come with, too. Definitely would order these boots if they are your style, totally mine!

I love the shoes and they do fit true to size; however, I was hoping that they would be a much darker brown, but nonetheless I love them. Thanks Zappos for making my shopping experience a great one.

Sexy! YIKES this boot looks higher in person than in the picture. They are remarkably comfortable which probably has something to do with the covered platform. I got a 1/2 size larger (I always go up for boots) and it seems to fit perfectly... especially in the toe area which is nice and roomy. It's a snug fit around my heel which makes me wonder what my normal size would have felt like. So far this boot is a winner!!

Hot Lookin'! As usual, Zappos is the best. I'll see shoes on another site and then order them from here. Super fast and completely professional! These boots are great looking and good quality. The only problem is the heel is at the very back of the shoe and pretty thin, meaning all of your weight is on the ball of the foot. I have yet to wear them for a long period of time. I think they are worth the money.
