These boots fit true to size and they are really nice. The first time I wore them, they hurt a little, but now they are comfortable. They just have to broken in a little bit. I get lots of compliments too!

I purchased these boots in brown and absolutely love them. The brown color is rich and beautiful and the comfort is great. I love these boots and highly recommend them. Happy Shopping!

Not true to width! The shoes are adorable and just as cute as they look on the website, but the size 10 wide pair I got did not feel wide at all. They were definitely 10s, just too narrow for my feet.

Loved these, but they were too small - I loved these! Unfortunately, they were way too small. I need to return for a bigger size.

Pointy toe crushed! Warning! After wearing this shoe only 1 month, the pointy toe crushed in and is irreparable. I saw other reviews like this before I purchased, but I didn't believe it. I do not recommend buying these shoes!

As beautiful as these shoes were, I had to return them because they were so uncomfortable to walk in. With no arch support, it felt like I was walking on stilts and reminded me of those girls who wear really cute shoes, but walk awkward because this shoe isn't well made. Or maybe we're not meant to walk in 4 inch heels? Either way, they're beautiful, with no arch support and uncomfortable as heck.

I just received these last night, very promptly I might add (love you Zappos!). I ordered these mainly because I loved the heel, I ordered them in brown. They are really cute; the brown suede goes down over the platform in front which gives them an awesome look. My only issue is thinking about the agony my feet will be in if I have to stand in them over a long period of time. They are ridiculously cute though. I love how you can scrunch the top, they look fabulous with skinny jeans. A little hard to get on, but not to the extent the last review said. I will definitely be keeping them, but wearing them only to events I know will include lots of sitting.

They are beautiful, but I believed the other reviews that they fit small and went against my better judgment and ordered a half size bigger. They would have been perfect in my own size (I have narrow feet). But with an insole they are great with skirts or trousers, love them. Delivery was speedy, even to Canada, thanks Zappos!

These are the first boots I've tried that are actually very comfortable for my feet (I ordered a wide size). They look great. Even though I needed a wide calf boot, these were actually far too big around the calves. I took them to a shoe/leather repair shop and had them taken in for a perfect fit.

The material is cheap! I tried on the shoe the first day, the sides came apart. I took it too the shoemaker, he was able to fix it. The night I was ready to wear the shoes out, the loop on the back broke the area was so rusty. I even tried to super glue back the straps. It was ridiculous that I had to put more money in this shoes after purchasing it just to keep it from falling apart. Sidebar, I have average size feet. Love the style and comfort, but hate the manufacturing!

This boot actually fits! I have a terrible time finding tall boots because I'm petite and have small feet but large calves. Usually when I do find a style that fits over my legs, it comes up too high and either covers my knee or scrunches up too much around the ankle. For the most part I have avoided trying wide calf boots because they tend to look matronly and usually don't come in sizes smaller than a 7. These boots, however, are hip and trendy, have a great high heel (about 4") and hit right below my knee. They also come as small as a size 5! I typically wear a 5.5 - 6, and got mine in a 6. There is plenty of room in the foot for thick socks if I wanted to wear them. There is even some extra room at the top of the calf; I could not believe it! They are really cute on and make my legs look long and lean, a near miracle. What I wasn't expecting was the warm fuzzy lining. It's the only thing I'm not sure about, since I live in the south and it's really not that cold here. But I predict all you ladies who live in cold climates will love it because it's very cozy, like the inside of a slipper. If you have trouble finding fashionable boots that fit over your calves, be sure to give these a try. For reference, the size 6 has about a 15" circumference at the calf; a bit bigger right at the top.

Really cute; runs big - Contrary to prior review, I found the shoe a little loose in my regular size and returned for a half size smaller. The shoe is very attractive and looks more expensive than it is. The foot bed is very hard, so I plan to use some gel pads!

Not a wide calf boot at all, and a bit snug on the foot. If you like the boot and don't need a "wide-calf" order them in a half-size larger then normal. The style is mod and leather is soft and beautiful. Nice boot, poor fit.

Had to wait a bit since my size (10) was on backorder. Got a very nice email saying they were in, but only 2 in stock. I hurried and placed my order and received them in 3-4 days. Package and shipping were perfect. Tried the boots on and loved them. The fit, the style, the quality are all top notch. Very satisfied.

I got the Type Z All Night in brown. They rock! They are so stylish. I\'ve worn them with long slacks and with a skirt, and they give me the height I love, and they complement my calves. The shoes fit true to size (I wear a 7 1/2), and fit comfortably.

Gorgeous, but dangerous - I love the look of these shoes, and the wide size fit my extra wide feet, but the heel is so high and tiny, that I felt like I would tip over. Too bad, the turquoise shoes were really cute! For a similar look try Ros Hommerson Max.

Totally disappointing. Don\'t bother buying this shoe if your feet are wide (even if you order a half size up); I found this out the hard way.

Super sexy boots. Love to wear them with both short and long skirts. Husband loves them, too. Everyone will notice you in these. If you want to be noticed, wear these boots. High heel, but I am used to the height so it does not bother me.

Quality boot and very comfortable. I ordered a wide because that is what I usually wear, but I think the sizing runs a little larger than most brands. I would buy more of this brand.

Just as the other reviewer said, these boots are sexy and a bit tough, and just different enough. The gold/bronzey color is fabulous. And they did seem comfortable, at least for the 6 minutes I walked around in them in my apartment. But I ended up returning the pair I ordered. Here's why: I'm usually a size 5.5 or 6; I have to try on both most of the time to see which one is right for that particular shoe. With these boots, the 6 felt more right for my feet, but the part of the boot around the ankle on the 6 was too loose. These boots look better when that part fits more tightly/just right around your ankle/lower calf. Another issue, the left boot was way more worn than the right boot; that may've just been a shipping thing, but it showed me what the boot would look like after just a little wear. It was not pretty: wrinkled up cheap-looking material that looked even more wrinkly and cheap because of the metallic color. Plus the area with the cutout at the front of the boot showed shoddy workmanship; you could see the inside bits of the boot and threads hanging out. I really wanted to like these boots, but just couldn't bring myself to with all those factors. Oh well.

I've been waiting for Zappos to get these boots in stock since last spring! They were definitely worth the wait. I can't believe how good looking they are for the price! They're pretty high, but the platform makes them relatively easy to walk in (although I'm used to wearing 4" heels. If you're not a heels girl beware, you may have some problems with these). My favorite way to wear these is with dresses and skirts, but they also look great with jeans. Also, as usual with Zappos I received them super fast! Thanks!

I just got these boots today for my birthday. I love them! I have wanted a pair of tall boots for several years but having large calves makes it almost impossible to walk into a retail store and purchase boots that fit. These are true to size. The shaft is a little snug, but it did zip and I am sure after they are broken in they will be perfect. I can't wait to wear them somewhere!

I thought these booties were so sexy. I couldn't wait to get them & try them on, but I was disappointed to discover that the peep toe cut-out was a little too big for my liking, so I ended up returning them.

These boots are awesome. Comfortable, they look great with skirts, pants, tucked in or out, make dresses more stylish. People will sure take a double look at the braiding on the side. Very expensive looking. Zappos customer service team, shoot the roof off the ceiling, I got my boots the next day. Yeah, DSW and Nordstrom, try and beat that. Zappos has much of a selection.
