I just got it today and it looks much better than I expected. It is not leather, but it looks like it. That is a good thing, because it is pricey for pleather. The stitching looks sturdy. Time will tell if it will hold up. I really like all the pockets and the change purse will hold my license, cash, and some cards. I use a small wallet when traveling and this is much better, especially since it clips on and I can move it from purse to backpack and secure it. I wish it were possible to shorten the strap on the bag a tad more, but it is a crossbody and I am happy with it.

I bought this bag and was so excited. The design is super cute and there are so many convenient pockets, which I loved. Unfortunately after only a few weeks of use, I noticed that the rivets at the hole where the shoulder strap is attached to the bag had popped out of place and were just dangling from the metal ring. I called and complained and Zappos kindly offered to send me a replacement, which I accepted. I was reluctant, worrying that the same issue would happen with the new bag...which it did, only two weeks after I got it. I didn't even carry anything heavy in the bags that would cause the rivets to pop out, so it's obviously a quality issue. Now I am returning this bag for good. I am really disappointed because I loved it so much. I got loads of compliments on it. But the rivets for the strap rings are just not very well made, and for the money I would expect it to be far better quality than this. It's too bad though, if it weren't for that issue the bag would be perfect.

I adore this bag! The pocket keeps me so well organized! (I just discovered two more on the sides.) No more fumbling for my phone, keys, or glasses. The color is gorgeous. I get compliments on the purse (its color, its softness) wherever I go. Very comfortable. Truly, it’s one of the best purchases I've made.

LOVE IT! Very roomy, lots of pockets and zippers. I've got my Nook tablet, my water bottle, makeup, and it still feels roomy! The look and feel of the bag is superb! The picture does not do it justice.

I was looking for a decent size, attractive bag that would carry my DSLR camera on trips. This bag is big enough for it and quite attractive. Love, love, love all the pockets! Makes finding things easy, and it's easy to access important items in the outer zip pockets. Good long strap that hangs at my hip although it is adjustable. The umbrella is an added bonus- it even has it's own button pocket in the bottom of the purse. The wallet is not my favorite as it doesn't hold much and is hard to open/close, but I didn't buy this purse for the wallet. My only complaint so far is that it does get marks on it easily. I find that it gets marks from bumping into things. The nice thing is that I can just take a damp cloth and wash it right off since the material allows you to do that.
