Shoe Size: Felt a full size smaller than marked Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support Shoe Width: Felt true to widthFirst of all these boots are great, to look at. I have searched high and low for a high heeled brown leather boot that actual fits my calf. I am a size 6.5 to 7 normally so I ordered a 7 the first time. The toe box was so uncomfortable I thought there was still some cardboard left in the shoe. However I loved them so much I tried the 7.5 and it was still too tight in the toes, but great on the calf. I was not ready to give up yet and so I ordered the 8.5 because the 8 was out of stock. This time the foot bed felt great, but you could fit another person's leg in the shaft with mine. This is over. I give up, better luck next time. Zappos is great, especially the shipping service. Man, it is fast!

Zappos had the very last black size 10 on the inet! I had ordered a size 9 (my normal size) from a different site and it was a very small fit. The Zappos 10 fit perfectly! Thanks Zappos!

I love these boots, so does my husband. I'm glad they did not have my normal size (9.5) because I ordered a 10 instead. That left room for a shoe insert, and even with the half a size larger they are incredibly tight on my calf. If they had a 10.5, I would probably get those instead, but I love these so much I don't want to run the risk of not having any at all, and they will stretch. The shoe size is very comfortable, but the calf is quite tight, so keep that in mind if you order these.

These boots are absolutely gorgeous and more comfortable than they appear. They are so soft! I couldn't find anything unique with the right combination of sexy and classy at Macy's or Nordstroms. I don't know why I didn't go to Zappos first! The customer service is what will keep me coming back. Next day delivery, a great return policy and friendly reps. What more can I ask for, seriously?! Thank you, Zappos. You will be first in my pursuit for the perfect shoes/boots/slippers from now on.

Hot! These boots are super hot and sexy. And considering the height, they are very comfortable and easy to walk in. The only gripe I have is that the toe box is a tad snug, but other than that, the boot is great. People are constantly telling me how much they love 'em.
