I too bought these for a 9 year old with a wide foot and high instep and they work well. It was the only pair available in wides so we really didn't have any choice but we are happy with these. They look kind of clunky but then they are snow boots and they are warm and waterproof and that is what matters.

Has no equal - My daughter has very wide feet and is very active, so I despaired in finding her anything that would actually fit. She loves them. She wants to wear them everywhere. My husband wants a non-pink pair now. They've already more than proved their worth in a foot of snow. Really excellent boots.

A great boot - I purchased this boot for my 5-1/2 year old granddaughter for the holidays. She absolutely loves them. She said they are comfortable and keep her feet warm. My five year old loves these boots. They are warm and very adjustable. She had tried lots of other boots, but these are the only ones that she loves. The only problem we have is that the velcro sticks so well that she has a problem adjusting the boots herself.

Great boots, sizes run small. Great comfy snow boots, able to be worn anytime in the winter, not just in the snow. Full boot is lined, so no hard rubber on the inside. My daughter is in a 7, I got a size 8, and they were too small around the ankle and had to return them, but her feet seemed to fit well on the sole area, even with her very large feet. Love these boots, buying a larger pair.

I love these boots. My 5 year old daughter is wide in toe box, not in heel and these fit perfectly. She wears them all the time (snows a lot here). They are fashionable, too (since they are pink). They are easy to get into and out of for her without having to bend down. They are recommended to my sister and she bought a pair for her sons.

Awesome company! I've order from Zappos 4 or 5 times and each time, I've been pleasantly surprised by how fast the product reaches me! I no sooner order it and by the next day, I have it. I also like that I know what the product will cost right up front as the shipping is included in the price. I never see any sales or coupons for Zappos, but I don't mind because there is a lot to be said for their superior service. Keep up the good work Zappos!

These boots are great. My daughter loves them. We had two feet of snow and her feet were never cold. The pull string at the top keeps the snow out. They are heavy and are not good for everyday wear but great for bad weather.
