I've had this bag now for a couple months and have been very pleased. It seems well made with no early signs of wear. A friend has a previous models from 2 years ago, which he says is doing well and has little visible sign of wear. I'm particularly happy with the shoulder pad, which moves smoothly with your body over the seat-belt-style shoulder strap. My only minor point for improvement would be slightly more foam on the shoulder pad, but it's still better than most other bags I've seen.
