I needed a classy business appropriate bag that was still roomy enough to carry all my gear and peripherals without being on wheels. I cannot rate this product high enough. It has performed the function I intended, and then some.

I bought this item a few months ago as a gift. The design of this briefcase had everything that the recipient was looking for, from the inside compartments to the outside zip pockets, the long shoulder strap as well as the short handles and best of all it's expandable. It is also extremely well made.

As advertised, this is a top-of-the line bag made using premium glove leather. It is well made, well designed, and has plenty of room to carry all of my things. It includes a nylon zippered pouch (for pens, etc.), a removable nylon padded sleeve to protect a notebook computer, and a larger nylon pull-string bag (not pictured) for larger items. It comes with a nylon should strap with a neoprene pad. Although sturdy and well made, I would have preferred a leather shoulder strap and one is available separately from Tumi.com. Since this bag is made from leather, it is a bit heavier than one made from nylon and if weight is the key factor, you might consider the version of the same bag made from ballistic nylon sold for much less (also available from Zappos.com). When received, I found the bag to be extremely well packed, even including protective foam sleeves for all zipper-pulls. I was very happy to receive a free upgrade to 2-Day Express mail by Zappos.com and always appreciate their service.

Very roomy bag. The only problem is the bag itself is very heavy before putting anything inside. Otherwise, the many compartments and the size is excellent. I bought it for my husband, but he hasn't used it all that much yet. Now he's been using a book bag type bag.
