My son loves these sneakers. They are so lightweight compared to the other brands we have bought. They are very easy for him to put on and off. So far, they seem well made and will hold up to a 9 year old's activity.

Love these sneakers. They fit my son's wide feet well and wash up nicely. They are light and comfortable, so he loves them too. They are not as wide as other Tsukihoshi Sykes, but definitely wider than most brands; as wide as a New Balance or Saucony "W".

Perfect fit and style! My 7 year old grandson just loves these shoes! My daughter-in-law told me that these are a very popular brand in Japan and says that she really likes them for her son! He can run faster in them because they are not heavy like so many other brands! It's a shoe well crafted and very well made!

My son loves these shoes. However, we decided to set them aside until his feet grow just a bit more and order a smaller size. Suggest you order at least a half size smaller than usually wear.

My son loves these shoes. Super light weight, easy on and off. Nice and roomy in the width. Order 1/2 size down if you have not tried this brand before. All 3 of my kids wear Tsukihoshi's. They have requested and tried some of the trendy brands they see on TV but if you look at their feet, the Tsukishoshi shoes are the favorites.

My son loves these shoes. They are super cute and he loves to wear them, just like all the other shoes Tsukihoshi makes. The red is a little flashy, but that made them all the more special.

The sizing on this brand is not easy. One size too big and the next one down too small. Could not keep either one.

These are about the only shoes I buy for my son. They open wide when you are putting them on so they are easy on and off for a 4 year old. They hold up well and can go in the washing machine. They run a bit big so don't size up.

My son loves these shoes but I am disappointed. We washed them after he had only worn them twice and not there are several worn places on the front toe guards. They are supposed to be machine washable.

My son has been wearing Tsukihoshi shoes since he was 3 (and he is now 9) and they are a great fit. I love that they can be tossed in the washer and dryer after trodding through mud.

Love these shoes. We bought them in the red and gold, thought they would be loud but they are so cool looking. My son loves them. Definitely order a half size down. My son is a size 2 it was way to big for him. We then ordered 1 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Oh and they are soo light too which it nice. I just hope they last.

I bought these shoes for my five-year-old grandson. He put them on the day they arrived and has not had them off except to sleep and for church. He absolutely loves them more than all his other sneakers!

My son loves these and calls these his Iron Man shoes. :-) Despite also having the Tsukihoshi Speed in navy/white and black, he wears his Iron Man shoes the most. The black rubber toe protector piece is a little loose on one shoe, but otherwise they've held up pretty well for almost daily wear. For comparison purposes, Tsukihoshi runs about a 1/2 larger than regular shoes, so do not size up. Also this particular style is a little more stiff than the Speed, so it did require a little breaking in for my son. Since we found this brand, we've never gone back to buying from that kids shoes store in the mall.

My 5 yr old son has grown up in this brand of shoe. They are amazing. Boys are hard on shoes. My son is always on the ground pushing a truck/car around which drags his shoes. The last two pair of Tsukihoshi's we had lasted two years. My son has a fluffy foot. So, this shoe allows plenty of room. Puma's, Skechers, and Nike's are always too narrow. Awesome shoe!

These shoes are comfortable and stylish according to my son. But after just 29 days, they started falling apart. I wished I can upload photos to show you. I bought this together with Tsukihoshi Speed (for my other son) and the performance on both shoes were exactly the same. This is the first shoes that they have owned that fell apart after 29 days. We really wanted to like this shoes but too expensive for it to fall apart after 29 days. Thanks Zappos for the help and taking care of this!
