Best shoe for s little boy! My little boy will nit wear any other shoe but this one. They also wash very well. We wash ours about twice a week and still look great!

I purchased these for my son who wears AFO's, I was really wanting something different then the regular orthotic shoes. Sadly, they did not work with them. They are really great shoes! Excellent customer service, one day shipping! Great company! Highly recommend Zappos! They rock!

Tested out Jumping Jacks, Umi, Pediped, Stride Rite, a few different styles, and our 18 month old always loved these Tsukihoshis. He never really ran before, but when he tried these on, he zipped away from us and ran laps around the living room without us asking. He didn't want to take them off. He barely tried on the other shoes, wiggling and fighting us. And the Tsukihoshi's were right in the middle, not the first nor the last shoes he tried. Same results a few nights later trying on the same shoes. Baby has Fred Flintstone feet, too. Loved his pedipeds but they weren't supportive enough after he was walking for more than 2 months.

These shoes are perfect for an active kid. They are light, durable, machine washable, and good looking. The whole Tzukinoshi line is excellent, although some of the color combinations can be a little bit wild for my taste. I would say, the shoes fit true to size, just slightly wider than other brands, but that does not reflect negatively on the comfort level of the shoe.
Brands I'd also recommend: Pediped

I got size 6 when my baby was 18 months old, chubby Fred Flintstone feet! He tried on at least six pairs that night, but when he got to these, he just started running around the house! And he had not been running prior really. That is how much he liked them. Now six months later, he is ready for a bigger shoe and he said he wants the same one. They are easy on and off. His dad has similar colored shoes by Adidas, but that is not why the kid loves them. I think some other brands were over rated. The Tsukihoshis felt way more ergo and well constructed than most other popular brands!
