This shoe has amazing potential. The insole is well-cushioned and has plenty of support even for my high arches. Unfortunately, it went back because it's about a half-size too big, and Zappos is out of the 8.5! But when they get it in stock, I will be buying it.

I really wanted these to work because the cushioning and heel height are perfect for work. But the angle on the toe box cut into my left foot. Otherwise, it's a great shoe! The heel also began to slip despite the toe area being snug.

This is a great shoe! It's very comfortable, stylish and the height is work appropriate. I wear them all the time. They stretch in about two wears. At first I thought they were tight, but now they are perfect.

I was able to wear during work without issue but if I tried to wear longer than an 8 hour day my toes started to throb and the ball of my foot. The toe box angles so the toes are force to angle with them. When wearing tights or trouser socks with the shoes I started to develop a hotspot on the ball of my foot. No hosiery everything seems okay. The height of the heel was really comfortable. Overall I was not as impressed with this particular style shoe. I have purchased a wedge from the same maker and love the shoe.

Everything about the description of this shoe was what I was looking for: low yet stylish heel, lots of padding and support and a bit more rugged bottom to prevent slipping; however, it was nothing but disappointment. I wore this shoe to work three times. It took two times to stretch out to fit relatively comfortably, but I'm on my feet for 4-6 hours and at hour 4 this shoe was near unbearable. My toes were pushed to the front of the shoe and squashed and the balls of my feet were in horrible pain. The pain was so bad that I still had it the next morning. Unacceptable. I'm sticking with Me Too which is cheaper and more comfortable.

I bought this in black for an interview shoe for winter. With the tread on the bottom, I was worried it would look too industrial, but it looks classy and elegant, the almond,shaped toe is lovely. The mid heel height and all the padding in the footbed do help make it relatively comfortable for a heel. The only downside is that it runs a little wide in the heel. I am usually either an 8½ or 9, and had to go with the 8½s which felt a little tight, because the 9s slipped right off when I took a step. Other than that, it is a great shoe, comfortable and looks more delicate on than in the picture. If you are looking for a wearable, walkable, professional looking heel, you will not regret going with these. I definitely see another pair of Tsubo's in my future!

Great shoe. Comfortable with extra padding in forefoot, cool grippy sole and stretch fabric at heel. This basic black pump has some sass and funk to it!

These are comfortable and basic. They are not super sexy, but I can wear them for ten hours with no pain; I even walk up to 1/2 a mile in them regularly.

I wish I'd ordered a half size bigger. The shape of the tip leans towards the big toe versus being centered and it's a little uncomfortable. Otherwise the padding and arch support are spectacular, even for the height of the heel. Great feel, comfort, even on the back by the heel.

I need comfortable, stable pumps as I am an international flight attendant on my feet for 18 plus hours. I have needed a "concourse" pump rather than my inflight work shoe & this is was exactly what I've been looking for! I ordered an 8M. They're attractive, sturdy, well made, have a lot of cushioned support inside & out. The shoe heel sits more directly under your heel area eliminating the feeling of the foot sliding into the toe area. I sadly have to return them as I have bunions on one foot & need an 8 wide which they don't make. They fit my good foot beautifully and only wish I could keep them! Highly recommend them & Zappos is more than amazing in their service!

I love this shoe. As other reviewers have said, it's not sexy, but it is extremely elegant. The shape of the toe and the cut of the shoe at the front are gorgeous. The design of the back of the shoe is also great for preventing blisters, and I find the fit comfortable and perfectly true to size. Despite the treads at the bottom, it does not look clunky. In all, a funky, flattering low heel that I can wear all day!

I originally saw this shoe in a boutique and absolutely loved the modern asymmetrical cut. I actually ordered the brown, though I thought it was the same red color I saw originally in the store. The shoe's padded interior was extremely comfortable (even for me, a person not used to wearing heels often or every day). Unfortunately, I needed to return them because I needed a half size smaller, which Zappos no longer carries. I could see this shoe being perfect for anyone who wants a classic pump with a modern twist for work. Thanks again to Zappos for the quick shipping!
