I don't recall ever owning pointy shoes and was somewhat skeptical of a successful fit. I just won't wear shoes that give any discomfort at all. I have feet that are wide across the base of my toes (but still a "b" width), so I was concerned that my feet would look stuffed into the front of the shoe, or the point would be so long that my feet would enter a room long before the rest of me. I am so glad I took the chance! I slipped these on, meant to check them out in the mirror but got distracted. I wore them for several hours, having forgotten about them - my husband was the one who noticed, and he thought they look great. These shoes have a toe box deep enough not to shoe toe cleavage. Although there is not a lot of arch support, the footbed is well padded, and there appears to be a gel insert on the heel bed. The low heels help with the comfort factor, but they are still very sexy shoes. Bravo, Trotters!

Ordered 4 pairs of patent heels. These were the most comfortable and the ones I kept. I was able to wear them all day for my grandson's first communion. I wish they were a little higher but looked very nice with my dress.

I have been wearing these shoes since they came out of the box. They are comfortable, have enough of a heel to wear with my suits, and don't look too casual. The sling back is great because other shoes don't hug my heels. I wish they were made in brown, for my winter wardrobe too!

This shoe is a bit pricey but worth it. It's a very elegant shoe that is true to size. However, if you have wide feet, your toes might feel a bit cramped if you've been walking in them all day.

I adore these shoes, I wanted something different from my standard variety of black dress shoes, something sophisticated, but not screeming 'formal only'. These are perfect from the wood-look heel, the beige snake-skin upper and the sling back. The fit is true to size, the heel low enough to walk ccomfotably. I wouldn't want to walk all day in them, or city blocks, but I wasn't kicking them off under the table, either. There is a gel oval on the surface of the heel area that really doesn't do anything, but maybe keeps my heel from slipping in the shoe. I like these enough to get another pair in a different color.
