Shoe was too wide, particularly in the heel. I may have been able to wear a half size smaller. Even putting a pad in the shoe did not help, as I couldn't keep the heels on.

Love these! I went through many pair trying to find the right color and style for an upcoming wedding. These are perfect, fit great, perfect heel height, & comfort. I can always count on Zappo's to have exactly what I need!

Love them, just a little too big. Will be returning for a half size smaller. Not very high heel so easy to walk in and wear for a long period of time.

I love these shoes! They do fit half a size smaller if you have normal width feet. These are classic with a bit of extra style. They definitely are not as difficult to wear as other heals. I have flat feet and find most heeled shoes are intolerable to even wear for trying on as they pull to hard on my arch. I was able to wear these for hours before wanting to take them off. If you can tolerate heels normally than these will be super comfortable for you to wear.

I really like this shoe! One of the few pumps I've been able to find that didn't make my toes/feet hurt after 10 minutes of walking in them. I normally wear a walking shoe for work, as I am on my feet all day, and switching to a pretty shoe for dress up is a nice thing to do. I ordered the shoes in my normal size, and a half size smaller. As other reviewers stated, the half size smaller was the better choice. Zappos keeps on impressing me with the shoe selection of wide width shoes, and their service.
