These shoes are beautiful and classy. Very simple, clean lines. The fabric is suede-like and delicate, which means I don't wear the shoes every day. The color is not a bright red as shown in the picture; it's a deeper, almost dusky color. I wear it with blacks and greys and it looks great. As with most Trotters shoes, the fit is true and comfortable (I wear a narrow). I can no longer wear high heels, so this wedge is a perfect height.

Purchased this shoe in black which fits perfectly. Unfortunately, not so with this color. This shoe was too big, also not color as in picture. Color is taupe, not golden brown as pictured. I was disappointed but am keeping this shoe in black!

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and can be dressed up and down. They are the perfect wear-with-everything shoe. They are a good investment for me. The Trotters brand fits me very well.

I needed comfortable shoes that will go well with my work clothes. This goes well with skirts or pants and most importantly, comfortable. It doesn't look too simple due to the texture.

I'm giving these a 5 star because they are great shoes--comfortable and attractive. Both the black and the red are very classy. I returned one pair because my foot didn't quite fit right, but that's just me--a problem I have with pretty much every shoe. My daughter kept the other (the red) pair because they fit her feet like gloves, looked stylish--necessary for her job, and are extremely comfortable. She's worn them with not only black, but with grey and with tan slacks, and they go with all of them.

Great shoe. I bought a pair about 3 years ago and was thrilled to be able to buy a second pair because they are so comfortable. The subtle shine/sparkle dresses them up enough that they can go from day-time comfort to dressier evening.
