I love these shoes! I have a difficult time finding shoes to fit my small, wide feet (not to mention an ugly bunion). A 5 wide in a stylish shoe is just about impossible to find, but I can wear a 5 1/2 in a medium width if it's not too narrow. I've had good luck with most of the Trotters styles I've tried (a couple of misses), but "Janna" was a hit from the moment I put them on, and they were comfortable all day the first day I wore them. I bought two pair; I'm buying two more and wish more colors were offered (especially gray)!

I have an extra wide foot, high instep, and bunions. This is a great basic pump; good quality; vamp isn't too high and the WW is a true EE. I bought them in Mocha and Red; colors were right on. Would have bought black, but they were sold out. Wish they came in gray and wine.

This is the 3rd pair of shoes I have ordered from you. Only one did not fit when I got it and I shipped it back with no problems. I love the Trotters I just bought and plan to order the same shoe in black. They are perfect for wearing to work. Because I have a narrow foot, I only have 2 stores near me that I can buy from and they usually are out of my size. Therefore, I now look on Zappos when I want new shoes.

Excellent quality. I love the style. I had to return because they were too large. I reordered in another size. I wish they had more support in the arch, but overall they are quite comfortable.

What a great looking shoe for such a low price. The mocha snake is a lovely, rich looking brown. The heel is slender and well shaped. My 11N foot looks almost "dainty" in this style! A classicaly styled shoe with moderate arch support. Great comfort right out of the box! Heel is high enough to be stylish and flatter my legs; but low enough to be comfortable. I will order the black snake when it comes available.

I love the look of this shoe and it seemed to fit perfectly. But after wearing it for an hour or so, my right big toe was killing me. Not sure if it was just a fluke, but I have had these shoes stretched in toe area at a shoe repair shop and still it hurts. I really cannot wear them at all, so disappointed because I have a horrible time finding shoes to fit. Small wide foot with bunions and narrow heel. I have them in my closet now trying to stretch them again myself. Boo hoo!

Comfortable, classic looking. Though they slip on like a dream shoe (my first thought when I put them on is that I'm going to buy them in every color), after a few hours running around they do dig into the top of my feet, so perhaps would be more perfect for someone with a desk job.

I bought these shoes for a wedding. I don't usually wear a dress shoe for many events. This model appealed to me since it was leather, thus breathes better and the cushioning of the sole. The non slip texture of the outer sole was great, no slipping or sliding on the dance floor. To me the heel seems a little wide for a B width, but not so much that I would return the shoe. The toe box is spacious and did not cramp my big toe, which has been a problem with similar styles in different brands.

I have been so happy with these shoes! I have wide feet, and can never find wide sizes in local shoe stores. The shoes are so comfortable. I am going to England over Christmas an planned to use them as my all-purpose dress shoe. My complaint: one of the dogs chewed about on the edge of the upper heel. I don't know yet if a shoe repair shop can do any good. Meantime, I looked on Zappos to order a replacement pair. Sold out in my size and black kid! So I ordered the same pair on Endless.com, same price, etc. Sorry, guys. I love Zappos but, what's a woman to do?

These are great shoes! They're super comfortable and fit really well. The leather is flexible enough not to irritate my bunions and the heel height is attractive but far from extreme. I will be ordering more in other colors.

I have a difficult foot to fit. Trotters are very comfortable, but this was just a little too high a heel for me. This is why Zappos is the best source for shoes for me.

Absolutely love these shoes. I am not a fan of heels, but bought these so I could maintain a professional look at work. The heel is perfect for all day comfort. Only complaint is the shoe will stretch with extended wear. These are my go-to shoes.

Trotters Jana is very comfortable and has a fashionable look. I have difficulty finding my size 11N in an attractive dress shoe that I can actually walk in. Jana meets these requirements. Style and comfort at a very reasonable price! Thanks Zappos!!!

This is a very nice shoe. It fits well and is true to size and width. It has an elegant look, but can easily be worn with pants as well as dresses. Like a lot of "dress" shoes, it’s not comfortable enough to wear for working 12 hours on your feet. But it is comfortable to wear for church, parties, and evening out, etc.
