Great Shoes I have narrow feet, high arches and high insteps. It's very difficult to find a dressy shoe that I can wear for any length of time. Last year I tried this shoe. It was so comfortable and fit so well I bought two pairs. Very classy looking. I'm going to try the "willow" style next. I hope they will make a red pump in one of these styles and also a true white.

I LOVE THIS SHOE!!! This is a beautiful, dressy shoe with a sensible heel. I purchased the black microfabric model, and am very pleased with the looks. On first try-on, they seem very comfortable. One note: my usual shoe size is 8 or 8.5. I ordered an 8.5, but had to return it because it was too small. I've never worn a size 9 in my life, but the 9s came today and fit well. Two things about that: 1. Zappos return policy is excellent. 2. Both shoe orders arrived very quickly -- with free shipping. Way to go Zappos! I'm very much looking forward to wearing these for special occasions, and to buying from Zappos again.

I appreciated the former reviews and bought the shoe a size larger as suggested (from a 10 to an 11). I too have difficult feet with an arthritis bump on the right foot. After 3 years trying to find a comfortable AND dressy shoe, I finally succeeded, this was it!

Great for a double-wide foot! I looked high and low for a dressy, comfortable shoe I could wear with cocktail dresses--and this shoe fits the bill. I read the other reviews and ordered up half a size (I am normally an 8 WW so I ordered an 8.5 WW) and this was great advice. I haven't actually danced in these yet, but they feel comfortable just walking around the carpet at home. How nice to have a shoe that is form, function, AND fashion!

Comfort - I have a heel spur, and this is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn without wearing an orthodic inside. People remark at what a nice looking shoe it is -older and younger women. I have the black leather, which I'm wearing out! So I'm ordering the black micro for the spring. I wish it came in more colors!

Comfortable and pretty - Unlike some other reviewers, I thought this shoe was very true to size. I wonder if some people didn't get a wide enough width. I got WW, and that was perfect; I definitely didn't need to go up even half a size. I got the shoe in white pearlized leather, and it's very pretty -I'm wearing it to my wedding! The only problem I might have is if it's hot and my feet swell. The shoe will fit, but I wonder if the elastic criss-cross will dig into the top of my foot. I'm also very pleased with Zappos customer service -I exchanged my first version for half a size smaller, and the exchange was painless and quick.

I own 3 pairs of these shoes, and I wear a 9SS! This is the first pair of closed pumps I've been able to wear since Selby's went out of business. I wear a 9SS. The elastic straps on these shoes are comfortable -not too snug- and the heel height is great with dresses or pants. I now own three pairs of these! The only other brand I wear is Munro.

Great Shoe - I've never been able to wear high heels, because of foot problems (I need an extra wide). I found these very stylish and comfortable. More cushioning would be nice, but despite that, they're very comfortable. I recommend them.

Great for Flat, Wide, Short feet!!! These shoes don't even need to be broken in. I've worn steel toe boots which ruined my feet and now I have a terrible time finding shoes that will comfortably fit my fat, flat & short feet. I also have a hammertoe and bunions on the outside of my little toe. I used to wear 6.5 WW, but now have found I need 7 WW. These fit perfect and even leave a little room for my orthodic. They feel so comfortable, I may try them without the orthodic. Zappos, as always, IS THE BEST!!!

Wonderful. I have wide (EEE) feet, and I cannot find shoes that fit me anywhere. I am a choir singer, so I need nice shoes for events. It's very hard for me to find dress shoes in extra wide widths, so I was very happy to find this shoe. I ordered the black microfiber in a 10 triple wide, and I am very pleased. It's very comfortable, and they're very stylish. I definitely recommend this shoe if you're looking for something nice for a wide foot.

Don't judge the shoe by the look - I thought they looked comfortable and, at first, thought they would be. But after wearing them and spending 8hrs on my feet in them, I felt every pebble and step edge I walked across. The soles of the shoe make you feel as if you're walking on a gravel road in socks instead of a pair of dress shoes.

Best dress shoes I've ever found! These are the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever found. I typically wear a 4E width, and the WW width in this shoe worked great. The first time I put them on I wore them for 6 hours at a formal ball and was completely comfortable. I have the black microfiber and it looks very modern and dressy.

Comfortable and good looking! I have alway had difficulty finding a dress shoe with a sensible heel that was comfortable and looked good too. This shoe filled both those needs. My only complaint is the heels feel too wide for me, but this has always been a problem when the shoe fit the width at the widest part of my feet, so my solution is to place heel pads on both sides. Worked great and I am a happy camper. Thank you Zappos, I love your return policy which I recently had to use and you came through with flying colors.

Careful if your skin is sensitive - The two criss cross straps ate away at my pantyhose and cut thin blistered welts along the top of my foot. Also, the back heel area chafed and tore at the hose as well so I had blisters on my achilles. There are better fitting shoes out there by Softwalk and Munro.

Blue trade show shoe for Liz - Because I spend a lot of time looking for wide stylish shoes, I turned to the web. The search for a nice, wide, blue shoe for my next trade show was quick and successful. The shoe looks better in reality than in the picture. It fit well, and the leather was in excellant condition.
