These are the first pair of dress shoes I've bought in a long time. They are comfortable and go with both skirts and pants. They fit true to size. The only thing I don't like about them is that they make quite a bit of noise on hard surfaces; wish the soles were of a softer material.

The most comfortable dress shoe I have ever purchased and stylish too. I had a knee replacement and do not feel comfortable in heels but these are dressy and comfortable and the stylish strap holds your foot nicely in the shoe for sure footing. I am thinking of ordering a black leather pair to look more dressy in slacks for the holidays.

The service was amazing, I ordered and had them what seemed like immediately. I followed the reviews and suggestions and ordered a slightly different size than normal and they fit! The shoes are comfortable (I am a senior so comfort is a must) for streetwear and dancing. And they are pretty which isn't always true of comfortable shoes.

These are much better looking on my feet than I thought they might be. The cross supports are perfectly placed to make the foot look less wide. They're also pretty comfortable though my little toes are a little pinched.

These are attractive and very comfortable. I have this shoe in navy and black. I prefer the WW to the W (as the Wide is not very wide at all).

The first pair I ordered were 'way too narrow, and I always wear a B width. I returned them for a refund and ordered the same size in a C width. They arrived two days later and they fit perfectly. All at no shipping cost. This is a very comfortable and attractive shoe, and Zappos' customer service is exceptional.

This is the best shoe I have ever owned. I have one in each color; one color I ordered 2 of them! My feet are very difficult to fit and the narrow width and elastic cross strap works great!

These shoes are wonderful! I am normally extremely sensitive to any new shoe. I danced for four hours solid the first time I wore these and had only minimal irritation by the end of the night (no blisters at all!) They are so comfortable and make my big feet look slender.

Because I have bad feet, I usually have to wear unattractive comfort shoes. These are the first pair of heels I have been able to wear comfortably for years! They have a larger toe box and a sturdy heel.
