The shoes were nice, but they did not fit my high arches. They were not wide enough. I probably needed a WW but I usually wear a wide.
I'd also recommend: Clarks shoes.

Love this shoe. Will buy more of the exact cut. These are the only shoe that I don't find myself kicking off the minute I come home. Wore my usual size.

At first I ordered this shoe in a Navy, but it turned out to the be more teal than navy -- still a really nice shoe, just not the color I needed. But it felt so nice, I ordered it in black!

The style & color is amazing. The heel height just right. For me all of Zappos shoes run a half size large. Than I have to wear a few times before they feel just right. Knowing that I can return and exchange shoes without hassle and free of charge makes Zappos my #1 choice for shoes.
