Founded by Henry Dunker at the end of the 19th century in Sweden, Tretorn was an innovator in footwear from the moment it was launched. Having built up a reputation for dependability and discreet luxury with its iconic rubber boots, Tretorn was also the first company to launch the pressureless tennis ball.

The company's association with life on and off court rapidly created something of a cult following surrounding the brand, a status which was firmly secured when Wimbledon winners took to the grass in Tretorn in the 1970s. Inspired by the high profile and success of the brand, Tretorn's canvas and leather Nylites were the only shoe in which to be seen wearing on North American campuses throughout the 1980s. Lean and understated, the Tretorn sneaker was the first luxury sports shoe on the market.

Tretorn’s expertise in rubber-made products demonstrates a consistent commitment to quality and brand over hype, offering a collection most appreciated by those with a practical sensibility and a lifestyle largely enjoyed outside. Because Tretorn celebrates a lifestyle, largely lived outside, Tretorn ensures that labor is not exploited and the production methods are continuously revised for the good of the consumers and the environment. This commitment to sustainability and safe products is embodied in their PVC-Free policy for all of Tretorn men's shoes and Tretorn women's shoes. It is a business practice for which Tretorn is widely recognized as industry leaders.

Love these boots! I have two pairs (blue and the pinkish/purple). I usually wear an 8 or 8.5, and the Euro 39 fits perfectly. I have a high arch, but the top of my foot doesn't seemed squished, as others have noted. I'm able to get my feet in and out of these boots with ease. There is, however, very little (to no) arch support in these boots. It doesn't bother me, though. (Inserts would fit if you needed them.) I'd still buy them again in a heartbeat! The fuzzy lining is great. As another person noted, it does shed a little at first. The bottom insoles are easy to take out and put back in. I like this feature just in case I want or need to change/replace them in the future.

I loved the color and the style, but the lining shed like crazy. I would have to lint roll myself every time I wore them. I sent them back.

I ordered these boots for my daughter for Christmas; when I received them they had a tear in the boot. When I contacted the company they were incredible on resolving my issue. They were very speedy and understanding in fixing the problem until I was completely satisfied. I was very impressed with the company.

This boot is amazing. I ordered a size 7 and it fits perfectly. I have big calfs and I can wear it with leggings or jeans. Its perfect for the rain and keeps my feet dry and warm. Its also great for slushy snow outside, keeps my feet super dry despite all the puddles I stepped in. I highly recommend this brand

Good rain boot for the money. However, these boots have changed from a few years ago. The lining sheds in the first few wears, but eventually stops, so not really a problem. Secondly, they fit snug from top to bottom, so getting a larger size does not really help. If your feet are flat, this probably won't be a problem. I have an older pair that were plenty roomy from top to bottom and never shed. I would love to see Tretorn fix this quality issue. On the positive side, these boots are really cute and always get me compliments. They keep my feet dry and the snugness from top to bottom is not painful and I'm finally used to it. I feel like these boots are a must have for Ohio weather.

I fell in love with these boots as soon as I saw them online. I ordered them as soon as they came in stock and received them within a couple of days. The boots are a shiny, gorgeous deep pinkish-purplish color. The fuzzy liner inside is nice and seems like it will be warm but the label on the bottom (under the heel) will likely rub and cause a blister. Despite how much I love these boots I think I'll have to return them. I wear a 9.5 and ordered a 10. They are tight across the top of my foot, it feels like there isn't enough height for my foot. The size (length) felt right, I had some room in the toe which is normal for a size 10 for me. There isn't much (any?) arch support in these shoes.
