If you purchase this watch from any retailer (Zappos included) it does not come with a sizing tool. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it is enormous. We cannot size it. You can buy the tool from TOYWATCH plus shipping but if you buy the watch itself from them for the same price as Zappos, the sizing tool comes with it. Zappos is a terrific company but it was annoying to have to deal with this issue and they were unable to do anything to help.
