This is such a cute shoe, but the sizes are horribly wrong! I like that I found a shoe with a smaller heel, but still looked sophisticated. However, I ordered my size and they are way too big. I am going to have to exchange them for a smaller size.

Elegant shoe, bought them for my daughter's wedding and they were so comfortable. Very disappointed this morning to see that the plastic tip of the heel was flattened out, uneven and the nail was showing. I spent money to have them dyed to match my dress and had hoped to be able to wear them more than once.

Good shoe, I took the advice of others and ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I normally am, and they still are a little big on me, I slip out of the back when I walk, easily fixable with an insert or grip tape for the back. Still a little pricy for a white shoe that I will only wear once!

This is the most comfortable wedding shoe I've tried on out of 3 styles. It's elegant and simple with a beautiful and modern style. The height is great for me because I want some heel, but not so much that the incline makes it uncomfortable for me to wear for hours. Get it in wide if you need to. The only disadvantage is that you might have to try on several sizes because this shoe runs 1 full size larger (i.e., a person who normally wears an 8 should get a 7). And don't forget, it's a great price!

The shoes are very pretty and matched the color of my dress perfectly. The only problem was the size. They were way too big! I ordered a size 7 1/2 but my mom who wears a size 9 could fit in them. They were very tight on her but she could still get her foot in the shoes. I did end up returning the shoes

These shoes are perfect for tall brides and a long day on your feet. They are comfortable and cute. I wore them on my wedding day. They run about a 1/2 size too big. I ordered a size 7 instead of my usual 7 1/2 and they fit perfectly. I should note that the color is a stark white. So, although my dress was 'diamond white', these shoes were still much whiter.

This was the 4th pair of shoes I ordered from Zappos in my search for wedding shoes. These are lovely--they did feel a little big at first, maybe half a size, but once I put in some heel cushions, the fit was perfect. I also think your foot swells as the day goes on, so I didn't want to get a smaller size, only to have them feel too tight at the end of the day. Heel is not too high, just right...oh, and Zappos is the best for returning and re-ordering! Yay for wedding shoes!!

After searching all over for a pair of brown satin pumps I found them on this site. Not only were they a perfect fit but they were the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn. The service was great; they were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. I am hooked!

Color not accurate - I bought these shoes for my wedding on June 13th... I received them in the mail today and they are just not the color they look like they are in the pictures at all! They are more of a shiny white/silver. I was so surprised because they look like a dull white/ivory, very pretty, but anyway, I really, really liked the style and they looked GREAT, but just won't match my dress well. One other thing, I am always a 7 and I ordered these shoes in a 7 and they were a half size too small. Maybe if I liked the color, I would return them to get a 6 1/2. Good luck shoe shopping!

Fabulous! This is the perfect "evening" shoe - comfortable, feminine, and stylish. The chocolate brown is a great alternative to the standard black.

Great shoe for weddings - I ordered this shoe for a wedding. The color was a little darker in person than it looked on the website, but still really nice. I read a few comments that they seemed bigger, but I felt that they were pretty true to size.

Can't always trust reviews - I thought these shoes were really cute, but unfortunately I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear. They were way too small. I probably needed a 1/2 size bigger than my normal size. I didn't reorder them because I fell in love with some blue shoes for my wedding.

Sizing is difficult if your feet are narrow. Cushioning along the back of the ankle and under the balls of the feet helped me.

Recommended from a bride - Nice shoe - definitely smaller than size. I normally wear a 7.5 and a 7 is more than enough. I considered even going down to a 6.5, but I would rather have them a little big than too small. The shoe is very practical for a bride. I can definitely see them getting uncomfortable, so I will be breaking them in by wearing them around the house for the next few months. Love the extra wide option - my feet appreciate it, too! They are very nice looking shoes, and I would recommend them for sure!

I ordered this shoe for my wedding in October. The shoe looks even better in person. The heel is just the right height, not too short and not too high. I normally wear an 8, so I ordered a 7.5, but those slipped when I walked. So I returned those and ordered a 7 and they fit perfect! I'm still amazed over how easy and hassle-free it was to do a return!

Perfect wedding shoes! I must have ordered 30 pairs of potential wedding shoes and these are the ones I picked because they are pretty, have a nice small heel, and most importantly are incredibly comfortable. I got them dyed ivory to match my dress, and they look great. I cant wait to wear them on my wedding day.

This is a good shoe for my wedding. I tried many. I mostly appreciate your service and inventory. I could never have had the energy or resources to go from store to store to find the right shoe. Thanks for being there.

BBeautiful and practical wedding shoe - I wore these for my wedding in May of this year. The shoe size that ended up fitting me was a 6 even though I usually wear a 6.5 in heels. The heel of this shoe was not too tall and not too short – just right. I wore them for approximately 8 hours through pictures, the ceremony, and part of the reception. My feet didn't get tired of wearing them until the dancing started. I did wear them around my house before the big day to help break them in, but only an hour or two. I did not have them dyed. I added my own rhinestone shoe clips to make them sparkle. The satin was beautiful and the stitching was perfect. A great shoe.

My daughter's wedding - My daughter chose this shoe because of heel height, comfort, and style. All girls in the wedding party will be wearing a dyed version of this same shoe. They dye well - my daughter wanted a matte ivory and it came out perfect. Zappos shipping and return policy is ideal when trying to fit 4 different girls living all over the country.

Not quite right... Although these shoes were very comfortable, the finish left much to be desired. I was looking for white peep toe shoes to wear to a wedding. Unless you're the bride, these don't really work with other dresses. Just personal taste, but I didn't care for the satin. They're going back.
