I got these shoes for my boyfriend, who is very picky when it comes to shoes; they don't always fit properly because he has wide feet. The soft leather made them very comfortable for him. They are extremely high quality and have beautiful workmanship. He gets complimented every time he wears them. The men that compliment them tell me that I can buy shoes for them too! I was so impressed by Zappos quick delivery. I ordered them one evening at 10pm EST and selected next day air. I was amazed when the shoes arrived the very next day! It wasn't even 24 hours since I placed the order! I now look at Zappos first when I do any on-line shopping. I will be a long time customer!

Great shoes. They felt slightly smaller than they should have been, but they stretched a bit as I wore them. Now they fit very well.

These are great shoes: stylish and comfortable. What more could you want? I have experienced one minor annoyance, however. Each shoe has two thin, black, rubber rods slipped into the piping along the edge of the upper; the shoes are really soft, and think these rods are meant to stiffen things up a bit. The problem is that the ends of the piping (on either side of the tongue) are inexplicably left open, so as you walk, the shoe flexes and these rods are slowly pushed out. One of mine popped out entirely (and is now lost somewhere in my workplace) before I realized what was going on. If you catch it in time, you can push the rod back in (and wait for it to work its way out again), or just pull it out entirely and live with a slightly less stiff upper. Again, this is a really minor issue. It would be best if the ends of the piping were sewn shut; but honestly, even if the shoes were sold without the rods, I wouldn't have anything to complain about. Overall, I love the Naples Driver. My favorite pair in years.

Good looking shoe. Very comfortable and the fit is spot on. Zappos upgraded the shipping to next day for free. I have only had two orders with them, but so far they are the best online shopping experience I have ever had.

I absolutely love these loafers. They're casual, yet professional -- perfect for working on your feet all day. There are rubber tube supports that wiggle their way out of the shoe, but I've found them to be more comfortable without them.
