LOVE IT! The form fitted padding holds it's shape and doesn't look ridiculous like some of the other padded tops out there. Modest top with a detachable strap that doesn't dig into the shoulders. Looks great with the tie skirt and is age-appropriate for 40 something ladies. Bought the XS and am a 34A. 5'6" 116lbs.
