I was initially pleased with the shoe but after trying it on indoors only twice, I noticed a crack on one of the shoes, so I will be returning these since I haven't worn these yet-- only tried them on. I am going to order another pair which hopefully won't have any damages or damage so easily. I like the snug fit this shoe has over my flats. I don't have to force them on, but they aren't loose at all.

Ugly, but functional - I got these to wear over some lovely black leather boots that were once waterproof, but no longer. They were too nice to say good-bye to, but were useless in the snow or slush. These fit over the boots and as both are black, they are not immediately obvious. They go on and off very easily, too.

Works OK for flats - These aren't much to look at, but they do work OK for flat shoes. I've worn them with wedge sandals with a higher heel, but they just come up to the back of the heel or near there. I would love it if Tingley made overshoes for heels & pumps for women and for sandals with more of a heel.

Works as designed - A large size will fit a tad loosely with Eur 40 Ecco Shade 3 strap and 8 1/2 Stonefly Air Ballet. However, the overshoes will not slip out. If you are wearing a half-size bigger, the large will still fit.

I fell on the ice last winter so this winter I have a fear of falling. The overshoes sounded like a great product to slip on and off when it got icy out. I was unsure whether to order the medium or small size of overshoe, so I talked to a Tingley's representative to see what he would recommend. Since it was already winter, the rep suggested ordering both and sending back the one that didn't work. That worked beautifully! I was thinking that the small was probably going to work, but it was the medium that fit great, so I was so glad I took his suggestion. Sending back was a piece of cake. I've heard great things about Tingley's products and service and now I'm a believer!

These are great. I wear them over leather boots to walk through slush and ice without slipping or getting wet feet. I ordered large and they fit perfectly over mu 7.5 size boots.

Runs rather small. Should say size 9.5-10, but not up to an 11. Otherwise not bad looking, great idea.

Natural rubber rocks! Traction on ice is better than my winter boots! These are sized for dress shoes, though. I bought the largest size to give additional life to some beloved comfortable boots which were starting to separate from their soles. They are a little small for this purpose, but I'm keeping them to use with sturdy shoes. For the boots, I'm going to a man's size.

These overshoes are well made and easy to put on and take off. These will be very convenient to wear on wet or snowy days over my good shoes that I don't want to ruin because of the weather. It is nice to have an overshoe that is small and and fits so well.

Brands I'd also recommend: Arche shoes are great

I had to return these as water totally got in my shoes. I would have been better off just without them. Perhaps they are too wide for the size.

First, their looks: Not ugly! When worn over sturdy shoes with sporty clothes, they take on an old-fashioned charm! They call it "casting against type," meaning that although overshoes seem hopelessly dowdy in this day and age, they actually are kind of cute! Next, practicality: For walking on wet pavements and dodging puddles, they are perfect. Walk the dog, walk to work, stroll in the rain, and save the shoe. Last: The quality. For the price, they are made very well. Mine are brand new, but I think they'll last more than one season. Hope so, anyway.
