These rubbers/overshoes are exactly what I wanted. They fit over my shoes and provide protection from the weather. They’re heavy duty and very well made. I expect years of wear from them.

Awesome Overshoes!!!
These overshoes are the best footwear product I have ever purchased! I am a grading inspector and walk through muddy areas constantly and these overshoes will save me many dollars on ruined mud covered boots.They are extremely comfortable and provide extra cushioning when standing for long periods of time. These overshoes easily slip on over my Dr.Martens work boots and stay in place. Worth every penny of my money!!!

Practical shoe protection!
When I was growing up, our house rules were that if it was raining, snowy or muddy outside, NOBODY in our family left home without putting their rubbers on! Well, old habits die hard, because I'm 55 years old and still (faithfully) wearing them.
Everybody's bills at home keep going up, so maybe people will eventually wise up and go back to wearing them again. Zappos was wonderful to order from. They were here 2 days after I placed my order.

It all started with a man on a bicycle....
The year was 1896 and the man was C.O. Tingley, and he had a bicycle tire plug to sell. He traveled as far as Buffalo, New York, Boston, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. and back to New Jersey. All on his bicycle.
In 1910 Mr. Tingley took on an associate, William McCollum, Sr., who quickly began to diversify the product line. Through astute business decisions and a dedication to quality and value he guided the Tingley Rubber Company, along with his two sons, to its modern day roots. Utilizing the company's experience in rubber, Tingley designed, developed, and commercialized the first unlined stretch rubber overshoe. This innovation put the Tingley Rubber Company in the protective footwear business.
Today, the fourth generation of family management has expanded and refined the product lines that reach both consumer and industrial markets. Tingley now offers a complete line of waterproof protective footwear and clothing.
Tingley was first then and is first now! Tingley continues to be a front-runner in the industry, and was the first to introduce a compression molded unlined stretch rubber overshoe, first to respond to industry's need for an overshoe that would resist a wider range of solvents, caustics, hydrocarbons, fats, acids and oils than natural rubber with our Neoprene overshoe line, and first to introduce an injection molded unlined stretch rubber overshoe.

Not only for Work -
If you are likely to go trekking off-road into wet fields and gardens or along muddy paths while wearing your spiffy, premium athletic shoes or trail sneakers, these rubber overshoes are highly recommended as a barrier from the hostile elements for your feet and shoes. They are designed to cover most of your shoe keeping them clean and dry. Ordering the proper sizing may be a bit tricky depending on the type of shoe you'll be wearing. For my size 10 athletic shoes, "Large" pull over easily with a comfortable snug fit. For my bulkier size 10 trail shoes, "X-Large" probably would be a better fit. These Work Rubbers are not GQ but they are a great product and they do the job.

Necessary fact of life -
I was pleased to be able to replace my Tingley Overshoe. This pair is a little heavier weight, which may overcome what must have been a defect in the lighter weight product. They are stiffer to put on, but ok. Seem a little deeper in toe, which is needed for new Red Wing work boots. I need to get a new pair of 10 inch Tingley boots (old ones are cracking), but the deeper toe of work shoes are about impossible to put on the older 10 boot I currently have. Current size is large and I am not sure next size will solve the problem. Thanks.

Really saves your shoes!
I'm 55 and have been wearing these since I was a kid. Lots of shoes these days claim to be waterproof, but none of them are "mudproof". They aren't them most stylish, but they stretch over your shoes easily and are comfortable to wear. Give them a try!

Didn't need to use them -- thankfully -
Purchased these for a trip to an area with nasty weather forecast. Fortunately, weather was better than expected, so haven't used them. However, they seem to be of high quality and fit over my street shoes well. I hope that I have no need for them, but expect that I will, eventually.

I had great difficulty and could not put the rubber on over my larger shoes because the soles of my shoes were rubber and rubber against rubber does not work well together.

Great product for anyone that doesn't want muddy shoes. My husband loves them. Now that the snow is melting, and if you have ever been to Taos, you know how muddy it can get. At the end of the workday, his shoes are clean and dry. We had to order a size large than his shoe size.

Just what was needed-
These worked great even over dress shoes. Almost completely covered entire shoe. I'm in the funeral business and cemeteries can get really muddy. I thought they ran just a little large. I should have ordered a size smaller, but are still useful. I would buy them again.

Tingley Rubber Overshoes -
Based on a review here I bought a pair of these overshoes in a 3XL to wear over my Heavy Redwing and White's Steel Toe Logger Boots. I keep these boots on my leather boots all the time. I work for the local cable company and these overboots keep my feet warmer and dry. I have even been able to wear them with my pole climbing gear. Great product to protect $200 to $400 dollar custom work boots.

Not Just For Men!
This is the answer for those of us who need boots but must wear special support shoes. I have been wearing Earth shoes after recent knee surgery and needed boots for an Outdoor Education trip. These were perfect over my Earth shoes. I walked for miles in these which protected my shoes and kept my feet dry. And they're much better than the ladies’ overshoes which I also tried. The Hi Tops fit over regular and boot sized shoes. A great solution to create comfort and protection from rain, etc.

I was disappointed in the size of these. I ordered a large size 9 1/2 - 11 size. I wear a size 9 1/2 shoe and have two pairs of walking shoes. One is a heavy weight and one is a lite weight shoe. These over shoes just barely will fit over the lite weight shoe and will not fit the heavy weight 9 1/2 shoes.
