I bought this watch for my dad who suffers from macular degeneration. He loves it and is so happy that he no longer has to ask my mom or others for the time. Because the background is white, and the numbers and arms are black, he can actually see the time, unlike other watches that have a dark background. And, because the watch band stretches, he can put the watch on by himself without having to fiddle with buckles. Finally, the watch looks classy and elegant, and being a Timex, I feel good about its reliability. I would highly recommend this watch!

In person, I found this watch to be a little bit bigger than I imagined it to be - looks like a mens watch. But I dig the simplicity of design, plus it is durable enough to withstand a full day of getting banged around while I cut leather and sew bags in my studio.

Love this watch and I love the fact that Timex watches are always on time. I have bought many over the years and never had one fail. This watch has the indiglo light which is handy to see the time in the movies or anywhere it is dark. You will love it.
Brands I'd also recommend: Go with the Timex

Our son had requested a specific type of watch for Christmas with a leather band and a night glow feature. We were unable to find anything that fit his requirements locally, so we checked online. Zappos had what we needed. We ordered and it came right through. No problems at all. We are happy with our purchase and can recommend Zappos to anyone who is hedging.

First review is correct. This a great watch: elegant and inexpensive. I have had several as I lost one and washed/dried another (yes it it ran for about 4 months after that experience) and I am buying another. I change the bands, however, to leather as I think it is yet nicer.

I purchased this as a gift for my husband to keep track of his time working in the garden. Flexible watchbands are difficult to locate but Zappos delivered. He loves the watch but it would be absolutely perfect if the band came in different sizes as it is a bit snug on his wrist (and he is a lean man). Otherwise, delivery was timely and the product exactly as described. Great service!

Perfect watch except: You can not obtain a better watch no matter what the price. It's accurate, good looking, and comfortable to wear. I have 2 just in case I need a spare. Only thing I suggest in improving this watch is to increase its size to a minimum of 42mm. That size, no watch including my Rolex, can compare to it. It's already very accurate, rugged, and good looking.
