This is a very stylish and eye-catching bag. I love the zipper on the size where I don\'t have to open the whole bag to get my laptop out. However, this is not a very comfortable backpack or a good laptop backpack because there is no cushion on the back. None. Just a thin wall. To use it as a laptop bag, you will need to be careful not to sit it down fast because of the lack of padding. To use it as a backpack, you will find your back a sweaty mess in Summer because there is no breathing room for your back.

I love this pack. As a preschool teacher who rides her bike to work - and always has a full bag to carry, this backpack works great. The square shape is sometimes a little uncomfortable, but I love it for the ease of finding things, as I need to grab them quickly throughout my day. And most of all, I love Zappos. I ordered the bag on Monday early afternoon, and had it Tuesday morning - I didn't even have to pay for the speed-of-lightning shipping. Zappos, as always, rocks its customer service!

Great backpack but a bit large for me (5'4 woman). I thought the medium size would be great for all my bike commuting needs, but when on my back, I have a hard time seeing over my shoulder. Still, it holds everything I need (change of clothes, laptop, lunch and more), has great pockets and compartments and is very durable.

I absolutely love this backpack. It's my baby. I was worried about finding something big enough to comfortably fit a few big chemistry textbooks and a few notebooks. I had been using a really big Timbuk2 messenger bag, but the strap would cut into me and it made me unbalanced on my bike. This pack is very comfortable, and it easily accommodates my stack of books on my schlep to the library. It's also a great travel bag. I used it for a weekend trip to New York, and it was perfect. When I got hot walking around but didn't want to carry my coat, I just rolled my coat up and put in it the bag. I've also gotten a lot of compliments on its elegant appearance. I haven't used the bottle opener yet, but I like knowing it's there in case I need it! The one thing I wish it had is a chest strap because when it gets heavy sometimes I wish the shoulder straps were closer together. All in all, it's a great bag, and you also save a lot of money by getting it here and not getting a customized one from the Timbuk2 web site (As long as you don't care about not having a customized one. I personally really liked the black.).
