This bag is great - I commute to work with it every day. It fits a medium-sized laptop nicely - and holds a ton of stuff (work, gym, purse, etc.). My only complaint is that it doesn't have a chest strap, but it still fits nicely (despite minimalistic padding, it doesn't rub your shoulders the wrong way). Also, the velcro on the front pocket, when the pack is full, doesn't completely stick. Luckily, the pockets inside are zippered, so nothing will fall out. Great bag - very stylish and functional. I love it.

This is a great, functional bag. I love the roll-up/roll-down top opening, which is perfect for riding a bike as a commuter. I can bike home from work with my clothes in the pack and pick up groceries on the way. One downside is that the flat-back needed for the laptop slot (which is another great, easily-accessible feature) makes my back super sweaty when I ride. Also, the water bottle/u-lock pocket on the side is too small for much of anything. Overall though, a great utilitarian pack.
