This is my third pair of this shoe. They are light, strong and very comfortable for a "service shoe". Even my oldest pair is still in service and not torn. As for Zappos, they provide exactly what they advertise with no surprises. The cost is fair and the service is EXCELLENT.

I have worn safety shoes for much of my adult life. I will soon be 71 and still work 10 plus hours a day six days a week. Timberland makes the most comfortable safety shoes I have ever worn. As for Zappos, you will get no better customer service anywhere!

I've owned several pairs of these boots and they're awesome. I tried a cheaper pair and after 6 hours standing at work my feet were killing me! With these boots 12-14 hour shifts are no problem. Very comfortable! They look great too. I wear them as my street shoes as well. IMHO the only boots for me. One note, would buy up a size from normal.

I bought these shoes for a friend (a long-haul trucker) who needed them so he could load/unload at a large pipe company in Texas. He got them in less than 24hrs, said they fit perfectly and he liked them.

These boots are very comfortable. The arch support is nice. They are very breathable and keep your feet temperature just right. I used to wear Georgia Boots and my socks would be damp at the end of the day because the boots didn't breathe. My socks are as dry as when I put them on in the morning and my feet stay just the right temperature with these. The style is also nice, a cross between work and casual, which is perfect for my field. One bad thing is they scuff pretty easy, and they are dark boots and when they scuff the scuffs are light, so they stick out.

I bought these shoes for ease of travel to the jobsite. Boots are too bulky to pack for air travel so these work great. Very comfortable, well cushioned, supportive and light. They are very easy to wear all day while walking around on uneven grounds found at a jobsite.

I should have bought these a long time ago. I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day, and these shoes have been THE MOST COMFORTABLE right from the beginning. Finding shoes that are wide enough to accommodate my big feet has always been a problem. I have probably bought about 8 pairs of shoes in the last 6 months trying to find some that didn't kill my feet. I did order one size larger than I normally wear, due to the width of my feet (extra-extra wide). I would recommend these shoes to anyone no matter what style of foot they might have. They feel pretty comfortable and have decent arch support. They look nice and appear durable thus far. Seems to be long and narrow for the size I chose.
