These seemed comfortable right away. I ordered the wide size, which is definitely wide (thus, the true to width rating) and leaves plenty of room for my bunions and wide feet. I also ordered my true size, unlike Keen's and Merrell's, which I have to wear at least a half size larger. I wore them on a hike over rough terrain, and they didn't slip on the rocks and mud, even though they are work boots. However, the part of the tongue that connects to the shoe was somewhat irritating. I'm hoping that this issue resolves itself with wear.

These shoes have been pretty comfortable so far. Since it's not winter yet, I haven't had a chance to really test them out, but I have size 9.5 feet and they fit really well, there was almost no breaking in necessary. Just make sure you wear high socks.

What great boots. They are comfortable from the minute you put them and continue to be so until you take them off hours later. They make your feet smile. They are so comfortable that I could even sleep in them. I am on my feet for 12 hour shifts and until I bought these boots my feet would ache. A friend told me about these boots with the soft insole. They provide wonderful comfort and great ankle support. They are light weight and look good, too. I just bought another pair in a different color.

I've just worn these out for the first time for a week of backpacking and they felt great! My only complaint is that they are not constructed so that the soles can be replaced when they wear out.

I'm enjoying my new boots. Manufactures need to make more work boots like these. They are so comfortable. The only issue I have is they aren't waterproof. But I went out and had the waterproofed. I wear them everyday at work.

I ordered this shoe Monday and received it Tuesday Morning! I wore them for the first time this Wednesday for over 8 hours in the burning heat at a concrete pour. They were very comfortable and required no break in period. It's still quite early but I don't feel like they need an insole for extra comfort. Also, I got concrete and over stuff all over my new boots. No problem! I rinsed them off with water and they were back to new! So far durable, all day comfort and support, stylish. I can't wait to test them out in rainy weather.

These boots are fantastic! They look good and better yet they feel good. The boots are comfortable and offer good support without being rigid. I bought these boots for yard work, and the soles are slip resistant. I usually have problems with shoes fitting my feet but I took a chance and am glad I did. I heartily recommend them.

These are the most comfortable boots that I have ever put on my feet! After about 2 weeks, they stretched a little. I added Superfeet insoles and they are great again. I have a reconstructed foot, and the support is the best ever.

This boot is the best boot I\'ve ever owned! It has gotten me through two Wyoming harsh winters. It has kept my feet comfortable, dry and still looks good. Great for walking through fields of snow, ice, mud, slush and offers great protection against snakes! Highly recommend.

I ordered these boots after reading the other reviews and I am so glad I did! The boots are so comfortable - the first time I wore them doing yardwork, I actually forgot I had them on. There was absolutely no break-in period - they felt great right out of the box. Not too snug, not too tight, yet plenty of room for wearing thicker socks. I would definitely recommend these boots.

WINTER BOOTS - I got these for the cold snowy days and they keep my feet warm and comfy. I got a little larger size so I'd have room for thicker socks if I needed them.

Love these! I have now been wearing these for just a couple of weeks and I can't believe how great they are. I wear these 14 hours a day, 7 days a week and my feet feel great. The arch support is wonderful and they also look great. The size is about 1/2 larger than a regular shoe size. I usually wear a 7 in a boot, but took a 6 1/2 and have plenty of room.

Awesome comfort! I bought these to replace a pair of Timberland hiking boots that I'd worn for years. I cannot believe how comfortable they are! They are very well constructed and seem like they will be every bit as durable as the boots they are replacing. They were also and awesome price!

Fantastic comfort! I needed some work boots with a defined heel that were light enough that they could cross over as hiking boots. These boots are fantastic. They felt comfortable from the moment I put them on - no breaking in period. Toe box is roomy without being sloppy. I highly recommend them.
