A great work shoe, non slip sole works very well. I work in a kitche for 9-12 hours and these are very comfortable. I do wear gel insoles for added comfort.
Brands I'd also recommend: keen and dansko

This shoe's rating is not overemphasized in any way. It is light and, comfortable. I work in a very busy corporate restaurant, and I stand on my feet for almost 8 hours 5 days in a week, but I don’t feel any stress on the sole of my feet after work. I have never regretted buying it. I will recommend it to prospective buyers who can't make up their mind.
