Tried a couple others before this, couldn't find anything that fit right - I wear a 10.5 (or 11 depending on the brand) and have very wide feet. I've been suffering with cheap, ill-fitting shoes for about 6 years, and these are a dream of an answer - worth every penny!

I stepped into this shoe for the first time and was impressed by the cushioning of the insole. I have a wide foot and high arch and these will take a couple of wearings to fully conform but overall very satisfied. Zappos is an outstanding reseller and I can always count on them to meet my needs both when the shoe fits and when it doesn't!

I give 5 stars for style and overall. However, I expceted the shoes to be more comfortable.

The standard solid workhorse for the kitchen, which is what I wanted. They took a little time for me to adjust as I wear barefoot shoes out of work and these are chunky. But after a week of foot and back pain, I have adjusted and they are notably more comfortable than the last shoes I had.

I had another pair of these shoes and loved them. I like these but not as well as before. I have a narrow foot and the fit of the new shoe is not as snug as I prefer. Not nearly as loose as a Dansko shoe or a clog.
