Bought these for my husband who is on his feet all day. He is working as a waiter. His feet don't hurt at all. These shoes are great for standing walking long hours, very comfortable. Very good purchase.

Very nice shoe; very durable and resistant to any kind of grease or liquid from top to bottom, especially where the shoe meets the upper. Grip can be a little loose on dry surfaces, but wet surfaces feel the same. This results in a stable feel that gives you a little slide while moving in the kitchen without slipping and with no surprises. However, for this reason, I wouldn't recommend this pair for heavy lifting.

Excellent shoes. They look great at the office but have the comfort of a more casual style. I have never been disappointed with Timberland shoes.

Pros - Decent shoe - works well in a business casual or better environment. Comfortable for all day wear and better than many office shoes at this price. Cons - Laces feel a bit cheaper than I'd like, and the leather looks kind of cheap, which is probably to be expected considering the price. There needs to be more padding around the opening, too. All in all, I'll keep the shoe and wear it from time to time as a backup, but not going to be an everyday favorite.

These are not the best looking shoes, but they are incredibly comfortable. I work as a flight attendant and I am loving them. As other people has written here, no need to break them in; out of the box and on your feet and you are ready to go. First time ordering through Zappos and the experience has been fantastic.
