Comfy. I have an unusually hard time find shoes that fit much less boots. These steel toes are the most comfortable boots I've owned in a considerable time. They lace well around not a huge heel/ankle area yet are roomy at the toe end. I've never felt the steel toe while in the shoe and it fits well enough that my foot doesn't slip around much. I've worn these boots during 12 and 14 hour shifts and they are still very comfortable at the end. The only thing I dislike is the tongue slides off to one side or the other. I wish it had loop to hold it centered.

These boots are awesome! This is the 3rd pair I've purchased and that's after trying every other brand on the market. Besides that, Zappos is incredible to do business with. I order my boots and less than 24 hours later I have them. Would I shop anywhere else? Yes! But not for shoes!

Long Lasting! My Hubby stands on concrete all day and goes through shoes rather quickly. Usually 3-4 months although these have been going strong for over a year and still comfortable. We just purchased a second pair. Great boot, great quality. Thanks Zappos!

Endurance 6" Titan Safety Toe - These boots are LIGHT! I could hardly believe that there was a steel toe in these. But, they do require breaking in as the ankle section is stiff and if you wear ankle cut socks they will rub you raw.

This boot is very comfortable. However, the sole wears out quickly. I wear my boots Monday-Friday, 10-12hrs/day. The sole is soft and not very durable.

I bought these as a replacement for previous pairs of Timberland Pros I have worn. I found these boots to be poorly designed and overpriced. Unlike previous Titan XL's (which I need for wide toes) these were not waterproof nor did they contain any way to keep the tongue in place when tied. The tongue ends up stuffed to one side after a few steps and there is no way to secure it. The synthetic leather also seems as if it will not put up with much abrasion or punishment like previous pairs. Another flaw is the the lack of a ladder catch in the center of the sole. Previous pairs had a 90 degree stop to catch ladder rungs, these are smooth and will not catch at all. On a slippery and thin ladder, this is unsafe. This would be alright if the boots cost about half, but for this price this level of quality and feature is unacceptable. I am very displeased with these boots at this cost and now an stuck with them for a year. Not recommended at all!
