The shoes where as I expected from the accurate description. The shipment arrived quickly. The communication I had with Zappos' representative on the phone was very helpful.

I bought these boots for my daughter based on price - we needed some water-resistant hiking boots that didn\'t break the budget. The boots met my expectations, and my daughter loves them. She says the boots are comfortable. My only complaint is that the shoe laces don\'t stay tied very well, no matter how tight I make the knot.

The Timberlands that I ordered for my grandson were exactly what I was looking for. I received exactly the product that I ordered, the correct size and in record time. It was also a great price. I would definitely use Zappos to order Timberlands again!

These boots are great. They are very sturdy construction and nice materials! My toddler loves them because they look like his dad's hiking boots. He wears them all day without any problems, so they must be comfortable. I was worried they wouldn't fit him, as he has wide feet, but they fit him well. I am very satisfied!

This is a great shoe. I purchased them for my 4 year old and he loved them from the start. Well made and no real "breaking in" period. Nice looking and seem like they will last a long time. Only drawback is that the laces come untied easily and you have to double knot them; I don't even like having to tie them in the first place. Kids shoes should never have laces! Definitely recommend these even with all the lacing.

I bought these for my 3 year old. He wanted shoes like Daddy. These seem comfortable for him- no complaints. They are also easy to tie. The laces are kind of slippery. Overall a good shoe for a really good price.

We just purchased the second pair of these boots for our soon to be 4 year old son, who is extremely tough on shoes. He has a disability and requires a brace on his left foot, and consequently does not walk with a perfect gait. The first pair of these boots we bought almost a year ago, and we still use them for him to play in, they are structurally good, but after a year of going through the mud, sand and wherever else a 3 year old may go they are not pretty enough to wear to Church. These are an awesome pair of boots that I would recommend for anyone with a child. If you get a year or more out of any shoes they are awesome!

We are avid mountain hikers and I have been buying the Timberland Hiking boots for both of my sons since they were 2 years old and started their first hike. The important criteria for me in a great hiking boot is that they are waterproof, have a great grip (the sole), and are sturdy enough to protect the ankles, but not too heavy. The Timerberland boot definitely fits the bill and I'd recommend them anytime for little kids.

Quality construction and materials. Holds up well. This is the second pair I have ordered - child outgrew first pair. Great traction in winter elements.

Great boots. My almost three year old loves them (requests that he wear them) and even after a few months of winter play in them they still look great. Yes, it's a bit of a pain to tie and doubleknot them every time (the laces come undone if you don't doubleknot them) compared to his rain boots that he can slip on himself, but these keep his feet dry and warm (unlike his rain boots) and he can't kick them off and send them flying (which he can do with his rain boots). We've also had a few inches of snow here and they've been good for walking / playing then, too, although for serious extended snow play we do turn instead to his very clunky but overly insulated snow boots.

My second pair of these. The first pair is still in great shape. Just grew out of them. Installed some speed laces, due to the factory ones coming untied all the time. Other than that it is a great little boot for your toddler.

These are true to size and very cute. Our 3 year old loves them. However, if you want them to hike through the National Parks of Utah without being carried, I also suggest the purchase of a walking stick (bribery is your best bet). These were a great addition to our trip.

Wonderful fit. Perfect rugged casual fall/winter shoe for rough and tumble boys. Plus, he thinks they look just like Dad's. Laces were a bit slippery but as suggested by others, I simply double knotted them. This helps keep my little one from taking them off and gadding about with naked feet anyway!

Absolutely terrific product - that normal, expected Timberland quality in miniature! True to size - easy on and off. Our Grandson (2.33 years old) loves the boots - you will not be disappointed if you select these boots!

Great for kids. We got a half size larger than our son usually wears to allow for socks. He feels super cool on the trail with his own hikers like daddy's. :) Good quality for the price, too. Who wants to spend money on hiking boots for a toddler who will outgrow them in 6 months?
