These boots are very durable and wear well! My son loves them! The only problem, if you can call it that, is that the boot laces never stay tied! They are very slippery! Zappos is great! Easy orders, easy returns. And best of all that is all free!

I love to deal with Zappos. They have excellent selection and service. I have always received my orders promptly and the shoes have been of the best quality. I have ordered from Zappos several times and plan to order from them in the future. This is the third pair of these particular Timberland's over the last several years, I order a new pair every 2 or 3 years and I love them. They are comfortable, look good, and hold up to the weather.

I bought these boots for my seven year old son because they were waterproof and because I thought they would be able to take a beating. They have done all of that and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

We bought these hikers for our grandson and he loves them. For a kid that prefers slip-ons and velcro that says a ot. The shoes are comfy, warm and easy to clean. If they are wet, we just let them dry then brush them off and they look great. I might just order a pair for me!

A Quality Kid's Hiker - We bought this pair specifically to replace an identical pair that my son had outgrown. They are delivered essentially broken in, are waterproof, and hold up well to the rigors of Scout hiking trips.

Only waterproof up to the laces - Bought these boots thinking they were waterproof boot. But since the tongue is not gusseted, if water gets on top of the tongue (like down falling rain) or you step in a puddle that is deeper than the toe area the water will go directly into the boot. Had to return them.

My 11 year old son loves these boots! He wears them every day to school and they look great with his Adidas track pants and Under Armour sweatshirts. They keep his feet warm and dry as he plays outside, stomps through the mud and explores through the town forest and trails. I highly recommend them.

These boots were just what we needed for an active 10 year old boy with a wide foot. (Initially, they were our second choice but couldn't get the size we needed in other boot.) I am so happy with these. Look nice, comfortable, and have held up well. Don't look too young, more like Dad's boots, a perfect blend of hiking and casual boot. I can see us buying these again when he outgrows them.
