My son loves to dig in the dirt and trek through the mud. These boots have really held up through a great deal of abuse. My only complaint is that they are difficult to put on at first.

I am No.1 Timberland Boots fan ! Timberland boots look so nice with pair of jeans, especially if you want the 'Hip Hop' look, however, these boots are heavy, and it is made larger than usual size.
Brands I'd also recommend: Nike Airforce 1s.

Excellent! Not only speedy shipment, the boots are great. My 2-year-old wears them with his father when they are "working" in the yard, etc. Keeps his feet safe. Very durable and can take a beating.

Walking - My husband figured that our son needed more fashionable walking shoes and since we saw the Stride Rite store carrying Timberlands, he figured it was okay. The shoes are great for our 15 month old to stand and look cute in. However, walking isn't so simple. True indeed they are a whole size bigger than what he wears, but his Stride Rite walking shoes did just fine when he began to walk and they were also a whole size bigger. He's getting used to them now but he's had them since the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Brands I'd also recommend: Stride Rite walking shoes

Although we love Timberland work boots, this pair was a bit defective. The tongue on the left boot was not sewn in properly; therefore it does not lay right in the shoe. I was disappointed with this purchase.

Tough for outdoors - I bought these at the same time as a pair of Stride Rites. These were a bigger fit for the same size. Okay because they were not worn in warmer weather. They are more of a wet-weather, fall/winter type boot. My son loves to wear them when his daddy is wearing his work Pro Timberlands. Great for playing in mud, puddles, fields, sandboxes, just everywhere. They look excellent with casual clothes.

Love, love, love these boots! I originally ordered these boots for my son's Halloween costume (he was a construction worker) but he has since worn them every day. They must be comfortable, otherwise he wouldn't wear them. They seem to be flexible enough for his growing feet. I only have had him in Pediped and Stride Rite shoes, so this was a new venture for us but one that he seems to be happy with. The only thing I would change about these shoes is the price (a little on the high end for us).

Great boots! Although I usually can get Timberlands for less, my grandson needed a wide shoe and I was unable to find it in the stores. These boots are great - they look great, are warm, dry and give support to early walkers. He's worn them almost every day since we got them!

Wonderful boots for boys - I have been buying these boots ever since my oldest son has been walking. We love them! I now have two sons and they are constantly playing outside. These boots keep their feet dry when they are around the creek and they are great for climbing hills. My kids love these boots in fact they hardly wear anything else. I would recommend these boots for anyone who may have a son/daughter who loves the outdoors and loves to explore.

These boots are perfect for my 22 month old son. We live on a farm in Kentucky, and they are perfect for the outdoors. He is currently measuring a 7 wide in toddler sizes, so I ordered them in 7.5 W to try to squeeze a couple extra months of wear out of them. He loves wearing them and they are comfortable for him despite the extra space at the toe. They definitely fit true to size. I love that they are available in a wide size. He needs wide widths and there are not that many boots available in toddler sizes in wide. My son has been clomping around the house saying, "boots, boots!" and pointing excitedly to his new boots that look exactly like his dad's. They are very well made and will keep his feet warm and dry this fall and winter. I definitely plan on buying the next size when he has outgrown these. They are well worth the expensive price tag. Plus, shipping was ultra-fast. I ordered them at 11 p.m. one night and they were delivered 36 hours later. Cannot beat that kind of excellent customer service!

Our toddler wants to be a paleontologist for Halloween so we purchased these boots in wheat nubuck to complete the look and she absolutely loves them! They arrived quickly, were the right size (which we were concerned about, not having worn Timberline before) and are comfortable enough for her to play and jump around in.

Shoes are great! My son (3 years old) is so excited to get a pair of Timberlands. We usually have problems with shoes of this type, but have found Zappos to be great because they carry wide widths which our son needs!

My son has very wide feet and we often have difficulty finding shoes. In particular, the top of his food is very high. His foot slides into these shoes easily and he says they are comfortable.
Brands I'd also recommend: Polo, though it doesn't carry much wide seems to run very wide even it the regular width.

These are excellent shoes but not very comfortable. Although they are waterproof they are quite rigid for the feet of a kid who would better fit flexible shoes. Moreover they are hard to put on. Anyway the shoes are excellent and keep the feet warm. My son doesn't like them, probably because he doesn't feel comfortable, so I would not buy them again.

Are the most hurtful shoes to get stepped on. But are for sure excellent quality shoes. I'm very happy with them. My toddler does not mind wearing them.

I ordered two pairs of these boots in different sizes for both of my boys. I love these boots for the cold weather. These boots go nice with jeans and keep my kids' feet nice and warm. It does get expensive as they get older but so worth the price!

Very good and sturdy shoe. Requires a little breaking in for softness and your child definitely needs to be able to step in it for a proper fit.
